“I received communication indicating check-in, parking and everything else we needed to know daily and during our stay. We had an issue with bedding, however it was sorted out immediately. Parking was easy and convenient. The location is great. A 4 min walk to local groceries and 6 min walk to the beach!!! The room was airy and very clean. “The Santa Cruz suite was nice. The bathroom was clean, pretty quiet. We had two cars but parking on the street wasn't an issue for the second car. Although not the property managements fault some lady said I stole her spot in the back I informed her there are no assigned spots. The location was great just a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. And about a 45 minute walk to the downtown area. I'd probably stay here again.”

Night time noise from the street was rather loud and the bedrooms did not have sound machines or tvs to drown it out.
