“The apartment at Jubillee House had absolutely everything I needed, including a welcome kit that meant I didn't need to head out immediately to buy groceries. The apartment was very comfortable and fairly quiet. There were video instructions for appliances on a tablet which also included useful information about things to do and see, and places to eat. I also really enjoyed the location, near pubs and commercial activities on Mill Rd. I will definitely be staying here on my next visit to...

“The check in process was fairly easy. We loved the location and the proximity to the bus and coop. Communication with the property manager was spotty. We had asked to check in early and never heard back. We had an issue with the plumbing and it took a while to hear back. The issue wasn’t resolved during our stay. There were small things that could be improved upon to make it more comfortable. Both the bed and the sofa bed were uncomfortable. There was no fan, and it gets quite warm. ”
