Nobody replied on the phone, and Hotels.com couldn't even refund me. It was a complete disaster and a lack of respect in all senses. Everyone provided horrible service, and I’m disappointed. The hotel looks terrible, and the staff is not professional at all. I had to book another hotel, and nobody replied to my messages. It is an awful experience; don't go to that...

“This property is immaculate with great facilities, the pristine kitchen area with free breakfast items is a really nice touch. The staff are very obliging and kept the breakfast items topped up. There is parking at the front and the property is on a bus route, with a stop just 200 yards away for easy access to the city centre. Overall a great choice and wouldnt hesitate to stay again.”

“Just got back from a two night stay at this very comfy cottage. Everything was there that was needed. Bed was really comfy and we really felt at home. Alex was so friendly and helpful. We had a delicious breakfast brought to us each morning which was just perfect. We would definately return and recommend to friends. Thanks for a great stay!”
