Great time
Cambria is a wonderful time. The view from this property is amazing, there are places to hang out for all weather conditions- nice outdoor patio for when it’s sunny and warm, partially enclosed sun porch for when it’s sunny but cool, and fully enclosed sun porch for the windy or rainy weather. Easy walk to moonstone beach or town.

That View!
Very tidy, cute, comfortable house, perfect size for two people. Great ocean view. Easy walking distance to town of Cambria and the beach. Good dog-walking neighborhood!

What a charming spot!
We drove up in the night, so waking up the next morning to the view was amazing. We spent a ton of time in the sunroom and it was very easy to walk into town for a bite or drink. It was a little stressful hustling across the PCH to get to the beach, but, it wasn’t impossible and being so close to that boardwalk was lovely. We loved this spot and plan to return!

Good value!
Cambria is great! It was our first visit and we enjoyed the entire area. Lots of places to walk/hike nearby between Moonstone boardwalk and Fiscalini Nature Reserve - plus Cayucos and Morro Bay are so close. Great restaurants - loved Robin’s particularly. Linn’a is a treat for lunch as well. Because we were traveling with dogs, our selection of houses to rent was limiting. It’s tough to beat this home given the price and location! Nothing really compares that allowed pets fit close to this price. It does need a bit of an update and the grounds and outdoor areas have been neglected, but nothing that compromised our stay - and if those things were done, the rental price would understandably need to be increased. All in all, we’d stay there again and certainly happily work with Breen Management. They were very communicative during the process - even allowing us the opportunity to change our dates to October when the flooding made travel difficult last spring.

The pictures on the listing made this place look gorgeous. It needs some serious updating. You could remove all the little tchotchkes. There were many different levels to go up and down, which was not in the listing the placement on the corner, made it difficult for getting in and out of the property, the garden and overall outdoors looked sad and on cared for there were lots of leaves and debris. It was not inviting the house itself on the upper level was comfortable enough downstairs felt like a dungeon, and it was as cold as a dungeon. In the upstairs shower, there was mold. This was most unappealing. The house itself was clean other than that, but just cold and uninviting.

"That View" for sure
Great place. The enclosed porch (sun room) was where we spent most of our indoor time. You get the view without wind. The listing was accurate and detailed. Be sure to read it all. Note that the pet rules are strict, there are lots of stairs, and the bedrooms are far separated. Also, check the supplies. We had to buy toilet paper. J&M

Nice property but not really suitable for mobility challenged persons. One bedroom is downstairs near the garage and the 2nd bath seems to be a converted laundry/ utility room also downstairs near the garage. The stairs are steep. The view is nice but you will miss the sound of the waves.

AWESOME VIEW!!
This was a great, centrally located spot to enjoy all the local festivities during Christmas season. The view, of course, is hypnotic and changes constantly. The only negative for us seniors were the stairs, but we were able to overcome it by using the front gate (street side) for quick loading/unloading. Would definitely stay again!

Peaceful Getaway
My husband and 2 schnauzers had a wonderful time! The view is awesome! The neighborhood is quiet. The location is close to the town and Moonstone Beach. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We would definitely return :)

Place was just as advertised.
Overall, this was a great experience. We had a great time roaming up and down the central coast from this location. The view is better than the pics. The only complaint we had was that the Beach close to the property doesn't allow dogs.
