The attractive villa is furnished in modern Majorcan style, has 250 sqm on one floor and offers space for a total of 8 people. It is located in a quiet and well-maintained residential area in "Sol de Mallorca".
The high-quality furnishings leave no wish unfulfilled. Luxury amenities include four bedrooms - each with a double bed, two modern bathrooms with bathtub or shower, as well as a fully-equipped open kitchen. There you will find a stove with an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher as well as a microwave and a coffee machine. In the large living room with its view of the garden there is a comfortable living room suite with satellite TV as well as a large dining table with chairs. Furthermore, there is also air conditioning, heating, floor heating and Internet in the house.
In the garden is a beautifully designed pool (5 x 10 m) with access via a staircase. On the partially roofed terrace there are deckchairs, comfortable garden furniture and a grill/barbecue. The large garden with a view of the surrounding mountains is especially suitable for children and invites you to linger and relax here.
From here you can easily explore the rest of the island and the capital, Palma, by car. Public transport is also nearby. The beautiful beaches in the southwest of Majorca are located in the immediate surroundings of the holiday home and can be easily reached on foot. The golf courses in Poniente and Santa Ponsa can be reached within five minutes. Restaurants and bars are also nearby (200 m). Shopping possibilities for daily needs are located in 300 m away. Many tourists and active sports enthusiasts are attracted to Majorca annually - with its warm climate, including during the winter months (15°C on average), and 300 days of sunshine per year. It is also the ideal place for rest and relaxation or for those interested in culture. A traditional weekly market takes place every Monday in the town of Calvia, the oldest town in the municipality, with over 60 stalls along the main road. There are food stalls as well as stalls for clothing and crafts. Palma de Mallorca, the capital, is a vibrant mix of art, culture, history and entertainment. Here you will find cafés, museums, shopping and cultural centres, and an impressive historic quarter.
