“We enjoyed our time in Jax and were overall pretty happy with this spacious historic rental! Just a few things to note- the bathroom was not the cleanest. I would highly suggest to change out both of the shower curtains, as they are stained, torn, and have questionable brown substance on the decorative shower curtain. “The property was very clean. Better than a lot in which we have stayed. We were concerned with the location of the property. They had bars on the windows which were concerning. If you have any disabilities, the stairs from parking to the house are very narrow and steep. Both of us have back issues, and the stairs were hard for us to navigate even though they put in a hand railing a couple of weeks into our stay. “We travelled to Amelia Island for Pledge the Pink 2024 event. This condo was the perfect location for our stay and meet all of our needs. The location right by the beach is great for everyone. The renovations and decor were nice and clean. I really like the cubby holes to help with storage and the hanging bars in the bedroom. We appreciated the supplies to get started. A great place to stay and enjoy the island.”

“I booked this VRBO with the expectation of a comfortable and clean space for my adult children that were displaced from medical school in Georgia due to Hurricane Helene. Unfortunately, the experience was far from ideal. Upon arrival, I encountered immediate difficulties. I had not received the necessary code to access the property, despite checking all my emails, including spam. It took over an hour to contact the host and obtain the code. The property itself was a significant disappointment....
