This is a beautiful house and location. Very spacious inside, and close to amenities, as well as near major streets to access the rest of the city. We stayed for 4 weeks and it felt like home by the end of it. The keypad access was extremely convenient if there are multiple people who are using the door.
This was a pet-friendly location, and our dog & cat settled in nicely. The large cool basement was perfect for the cat to explore and for us to tuck away her litter box. There is a lovely pond area with trails very close, so our daily walks with the dog were enjoyable.
This is a new construction area, so there are a lot of loud trucks, dust and activity. As well, the exterior of the property is not completed, so be cautious when stepping onto the yard - there is garbage and broken glass around (just in case you have littles).
If you are staying in the summer, you'll want to bring a few fans (or buy some like I had to) - there is no air conditioning in the house, and the windows cannot be opened due to the dust (and for us, the forest fire smoke was overwhelming), and the temperature inside the house went up as high as 27 degrees at times. You definitely want a fan for any bedrooms you are using. As well, it is best to keep the blinds closed on both sides of the house to avoid the sun heating up the house even more.
The property manager was responsive and even came over when we were struggling with the door code. He also had someone put out the garbage for us.
