“Highly recommend staying at this property. -Check-in and check-out are a breeze. -Parking is close to the door. -Amazing view with a good sized balcony. -Large family room with big TV.-Plenty of beach toys for the little ones.-Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans and utensils.and last but not least, the hosts were extremely friendly and very amenable. Probably the best hosts I've encountered in 10 years of vacation rentals. ”

“Everything was as described and pictured in the condo. The condo was in immaculate condition and the manager Zareh was super helpful and prompt in answering questions. The condo is on the first floor and its parking is just outside the door, which is perfect. The proximity of the condo from the beach, and the private beach and pool access makes this a no brainer. ”

“The condo has a great ocean view with a nice cool breeze at night. There is a clear view of the NASA launch pad from the back porch as well.This condo is located in a very convenient location. Grocery stores, restaurants, putt putt courses, shops, etc. all within a few miles or less. It’s an easy and very short walk through the dunes to the beach. The pool was very clean. The only complaint I have is that the unit could use a few more minor updates and TLC. ”

“This unit over exceeded my expectations! Condo was perfect for our 7 day stay. Everything needed was at the condo. The location in my opinion was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle but close walking/driving distance to so much.There were 2 very minor things that needed to be attended to, but property manager was on it pretty much before I could even hang up the phone! Will be revisiting this condo in the future!”

“This is a spacious condo in a quiet neighborhood directly on the beach. Only a 5 minute walk to the pier but the beach is not too busy or traffic-heavy.The pictures do not do this place justice! There was a ton of space for my 5 kids, my wife, and myself. Also, not included in the description or pictures but there are beach items, accessories, and some toys included at the rental: multiple chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and other items to make the day at the beach more enjoyable.The view from the...

“Host was super quick to respond to questions. Loved the location on the first floor. Easy to unpack and walk out to the pool and beach. Beach was not crowded. We saw dolphins during a sunrise, and we got to see a satellite launch. A great time!”
