Excellent location and well-stocked
Overall, this house fit our family and was well stocked. Location is excellent. The house was a little on the small side but we knew that ahead of time. Kitchen floors and dishes were not as clean as we would have liked but that could be due to us wanting to check jn early (which we greatly appreciated). Also might want to invest in a new coffee maker. Thanks

Very quaint cabin with lake view
The cabin was very cute and perfect for a weekend stay. Unfortunately 30 mins after we arrived we found out the local marina had an explosion so we were not able to get the boat we had reserved. No one’s fault and we feel so bad for those impacted. But not being able to boat we left after just staying one night and did not use many of the cabin’s amenities. I hope the marina recovers and we can come back some other time because we have heard great things about the lake.

Nice Cottage
We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage has a large deck with a nice view of the lake. The kitchen has all of the cooking supplies we needed and plenty of spices. We parked our boat trailer in one driveway and two cars in the other. It is about 10 mins to Sunset Marina. The cottage pictures are accurate and communication with Jon was easy. I would stay here again when we visit Dale Hollow.

Great place to stay
The property was wonderful. It is well appointed, as described, comfortable, quiet, and ideally located with a nice view and easy access to the marina, gas, restaurants and stores. Will stay here again next year.

Perfect Lake House
The house was very cozy but had plenty of room for our friend group. It’s very close to the marina and has beautiful views. The host was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a lake trip!

We had a wonderful time. Two days of fishing, which were great, playing cards, grilling. House was cleaned, well located, and had an abundance of things to do. We really had a good time. Thank you Jon for your kindness.

Great weekend getaway!
We had a great time at Dale Hollow Lake!! The cabin was very clean and comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with any and every appliance you would need! The back porch was our favorite, included a fire pit table and a beautiful view of the lake! Jon was an awesome host and answered any and all questions we had. Would definitely stay there again !

Amazing Dale Hollow View!!
It’s has some really nice beach house color and decor. We have stayed in several VRBO’s in this price range since Covid hit but this one was by far the best bang for the buck of any since it started! Owner was extremely responsive and even dropped off new bulbs for the porch within a few hours of the storm taking a couple porch lights out! 10 out of 10 must try again!

Plenty of Charm!
Everything was just perfect - exactly as pictured. The view was stunning -we loved all the beautiful birds and watching the sunset over the lake. The whole home is beyond comfortable from sofas to the beds. The porch is large with a wonderful grill. Kitchen well appointed. My summary is the we can't wait to go back! Just lovely!

So yes here I am writing reviews because I really loved the place and best part your host is so flexible to communicate. I am not that person who easily give reviews but here I must say this is very pretty house with the perfect lake view. 5-6 people house they say but you can easily adjust upto 9-10 people . While you do the bbq you can enjoy your lake view. And well managed property. Clean and beautiful . Must say not too big property but it’s still beautiful and perfect

The property was very convenient for lake access, about a 10 min drive with a grocery store and a few restaurants nearby as well. The home was exceptionally well stocked with misc things like spices, plenty of towels, etc. The deck was pretty dirty, not as represented in the photos gorgeous view and it is the mountains. There is nowhere that is walkable nearby as the roads are very narrow and there is significant local traffic so just be mindful if you need to walk pets. The host made check in and out very simple. We would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our time at the cabin, so much better than camping - especially when it rains, but close enough for boating at the marina. We spent much of our down time on the porch enjoying the scenery.

Very nice stay for vacation
We enjoyed our stay for a week vacation on Dale Hollow. It was an easy commute to the boat @ the marina. The roads are in good shape, but do beware of animals on the roads (We saw, dogs, deer & a cow). The cabin was very comfortable and worked extremely well for our group of 4 for the week.

nice house love the decorating and layout! would love to see before pictures. this place truly felt like home. the kitchen was so well stocked and the interior was beautiful and cozy. while the birds where lovely out on the deck, we truly enjoyed them. overall the outside area needed attention.
