“The facilities are new and beautiful. They overlook the small crater lake Munyanyange which hosts birds year round and lesser flamingoes in July/August. The staff are excellent. The chef is superb! Very close to a gate for Queen Elizabeth. Staff helpful in arranging tours and walks as desired. An up and coming location, I believe. It can be hard to find initially as Google maps doesn’t have the back roads of Katwe, only the main road. If a sign goes down, you will need to ask directions...

“There was an initial misunderstanding (the economy cabins don't have a private bathroom or mains ower). But by our paying extra, the manager Albert got us into one family cabin (fabulous) and one economy cabin (cute). From then on the staff looked after us better than we could ever hope, esp. as we needed a mechanic from town to come out urgently. The landscape was pleasant, and breakfast nicely served, and the place was not so far from the national Park. . We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks...
