“I’ve stayed there for 6 nights and it was so peaceful. The area is very quiet and secure. The room was cleaned daily and fresh linens and towels daily. Esther was lovely, always there looking after us and making sure that we were ok. Her breakfast every morning was delicious with fresh fruits and juice I would go back in a heartbeat ”

“Beautiful view from the breakfast area. My room did not have electricity all during the day. The bathroom had no door just a ripped shower curtain. The shower didn’t work. It took 4 staff members coming in every 5 minutes to figure out the shower and by the time they showed us it was time to check out.”

“they need to inform clients upfront if they can't accept credit cards. When I tried to pay with my CC for meals I was informed that they can't accept credit cards. Apparently there was an issue with the bank. it creates a predicament to clients who do not have access to cash. otherwise, the stay was excellent ”

“The photos do not give an accurate impression of the property. It was probably quite imposing when it was new but the outside is now very scruffy. The hotel is difficult to find, it does not look like a hotel ad there are no signs. There is a large sign for a betting shop across the front of the building. There is no lift and the hotel has many floors. The only breakfast offered was matoke and rice from 0930 am. Staff were friendly and helpful and made every attempt to keep the hotel clean but...
