This place is a beautiful Colorado-style log home with a decorated interior exactly as you would expect from this "Rocky Mountain" experience. The rooms are beautiful, the kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies, an electric fireplace, and a loft upstairs for more sleeping area. (Main bedroom is on the first floor.) “I had a really easy time checking into this rental property. You could smell the paint so I figured it was new, small things like no Wi-Fi and the occasional screw were no big deal. I’m not sure if it was a window open without a screen or what but there were mayflies all around. Nonetheless we had a great time and the host was very communicative. ”

“We were only here for one night and it certainly was a big enough place for us. The problems are basically related to it being an old house and it just needing updating. Doors don't really close, windows are leaky and don't block outside sounds, the carpet throughout is aged as well, towels were also in rough shape. It could be a much nicer place. It wouldn't be our first choice if we were in the area again, but it also isn't a bad choice. ”
