Birthday weekend away
Overall it was a pleasant stay! It was a bit confusing which property was ours at first and the boundary on the beech. The view was beautiful! I did feel like we were being watched which is weird. I did not like that the house was separated into two sections by a wall that you could see into! I did not like having strangers in the same house and only being separated by a poorly built piece of wall! Other than that we had a nice birthday getaway.

Overnight stay
This rental unit was quiet and comfortable with plenty of sleeping space, lots of bedding and pillows. My granddaughter loved all the games and things to play with and explore which was a big help. There was no time to explore the property or lakeside beach and gazebo due to check in and checkout times. If your only staying for 1 night consider it sleeping space only. Overall it's a nice unit for a large family and better for a multiple nights stay.

Great sisters trip
Despite the windy,rainy and cool temperatures we had an enjoyable trip. The house was very cozy and had everything we needed. We have stayed on this property several times over the last few years and Diana has always been very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Looking forward to our next trip here.

Nice house and beautiful beach.
The house and suite accommodated our 14 guests nicely. It was stocked with all the necessities and extras like cards, games, puzzles, and videos. Great for a family getaway. Not to mention the beautiful beach, fire pit, all the chairs and even a playset for the young ones. The lake bottom is rocky, so don't forget to bring water shoes.

Do not stay here!
The listing is rife with inaccuracies. In addition, there is a Karen living on the property who will chase you down and spew made up ordinances as fact. This is an old rv resort with some pretty disgusting muddy land between the house and the beach. My family felt harassed and even though we left a day early, the owner had the nerve to try to make up a charge about $10 a person for having people visit during the afternoon. She never mentioned that at any time before. I think she saw that my family had a few dollars and is trying to get over on us after the fact. These people are crooks trying every which way to make some money and this definitely is not an entire house or private property as listed, it is communal. I would never stay here with small children due to the stranger danger of splitting one house into three and sharing the one acre with other cabins and rv's. In addition, they removed all the curtains from one side of the rental house and the manager's sister creepily watches from her house across the lot and reports back so watch out for Karen and Darren in their house down by the beach. We don't drink, smoke, talk loud, or play music....And they had so many problems with us. So if you like to party even a little on your time off, this is not the place. I have never rented a property where my family was so constantly policed, and I've rented all over North America and the Caribbean for 20 years. Vacation time is too precious to waste it here.

Lake house fun!
Overall the property was great with an incredible view of Lake Huron on a private beach just walking distance from the house. The house was super clean and had that lake house feel. The owner communicated very well and makes sure you have a great stay. We had a great time and I would highly recommend this property. We are definitely coming back soon!
