We have been staying here for quite a few years. It seens as if its already time for reservations. We had a king suite with a hot tub and there were cracks in the tile and everything is starting to look dated or damaged. Cleanlimess has gone down hill. Lots of dust and leftover garbage and items from previous tenants, like a tooth flosser lying on the floor behind a garbage can. The pillows are half pillows and nothing but little LUMPS. Weekends are LOUD and it seems like the locals all show up just to use the pool. You can literally hear someone whisper out in the hallway while you lay in bed. Breakfast was not great, and i think a rotation and fresh fruit and veggies could apruce it up quite a bit. Dry muffins and items that just keep getting set out morning after morning that nobody wants. A complete lack of choice for anyone who may be allergic to milk or eggs, even though there are so many alternatives on the market now to accomodate those people. The elevators are on both ends of the very large hotel which makes it difficult for mobility challenged people to get to their rooms. No hotel is perfect, but fir one that offers such huge rooms for large family exoeriences they need to step it up and change some of these things with some updating and planning.
