As a person with health issues I found the room cold as they had the heater in one spot so you were unable to move it to heat the room. So one side of the room was warm, the rest was cold. Meon Valley Hotel, Golf & Country Club
I read the reviews after booking and to be honest I was not expecting much, but it was lovely. Room spacious and clean, bathroom clean and well stocked. Lots of tea and coffee in room, along with biscuits. Are in the hotel, excellent hot food!!

Gunwharf Quays Apartments
Great location for the Historic Dockyard and shopping. Easy parking and access. The apartment itself is a little tired - plumbing was an unreliable and there was no access to balcony (it seems like they’ve maybe had issues with it breaking in the past!). The door was basically impossible to shut ...
