“Overall this was a good stay, rooms were nice and clean and there was plenty of space for 10 adults to stay. However, both ovens failed to heat properly which made cooking a bit of a pain. Check in process was not great, only being able to arrive between 5-6, the owner did not respond to any prior messages. Despite this, the local area was stunning, and the house was fit for purpose and good value considering the price of other locations in the area for a group this size.”

“A lovely 3 night Stay in Hay on Wye. The cottage is stunning and so well located for browsing the shops, the sights and the castle and perfect to pop back and forth if needed. Very central but also very peaceful. Communication from Sue was amazing and she was really accommodating and generous throughout our stay. I would book here again in a heartbeat.”

“Roy was an exceptional host, he was very informative about how to get to the property as the sat nav was a little bit unreliable. “Myself, partner and 8yr old are just back from 2 nights in the cottage. We didn’t do much locally, but it was perfect for a cosy weekend in with lots of relaxation, board games and nice food.
