Perfecto para reuniones familiares o escapada de fin de semana! Hermoso y nuevo 4000 pies cuadrados casa de dos pisos de encargo A orillas del río en el río Colorado !! Disfrutar de la casa, así como las instalaciones de los ríos. Su propia playa privada. Great river house
Very spacious house for entertaining your friends and family. Plenty of room and parking. Although some of the game room could use updating I will definitely consider it for future visits. Also the host needs to just leave the house rules and WiFi password on the kitchen counter for the guests to easily access.

Riverside Stay
This was our second stay and we had a fantastic time again! Great location. A ton to do inside and out. Plenty of room for a large group. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Place
This is a Beautiful home! It was clean, neat and had everything you need! We had a group of 10 and still didn't feel cramped! Easy check-in and check-out. The games and pool table definitely a hit. The water level was pretty low in the mornings but by noon, we could push the seadoo's out for a ride. The beach area was great to set up chairs and enjoy the views and sun! Close to the casino's and about 15-20 mins. ride on the water to Davis Dam. Everything was perfect while we were there and had no issues! Definitely a place we return to.

Greatest place on the river
This is our families 16th time staying at this property in the past 13 years! The location is perfect. Our family loves the beach, we are able to float to the ramp and walk back to the house. The house is perfect for a large family. The house is the best value for your money!!!

Amazing experience!
This trip overall was an amazing experience and I can't even begin to explain how the pictures do not do justice for this beautiful home and perfect location for the family to spend time together and enjoy our time in the water!!!! Defintley gonna plan another trip here.

Wonderful
We have stayed here many times and it's always been great. A beautiful home on the river with wonderful view and sunsets, clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Owners are easy to contact if needed. We will stay again.

Riverside stay
The property was in a fantastic location right on the river! The private beach allows you and your guests to easily sunbath, swim and enjoy water sports. The inside was spacious and modern. The video poker machines, slot machine, pinball machine and pool table were a blast! To top it off, you’re only a few minutes away from local casinos and restaurants. The owner was kind and very knowledgeable about the area. This is an awesome place and we would love to stay there again!

Annual River Trip
Last year, my husband and I turned our annual summer river trip into a friends trip. Everyone had such a great time that we decided to rent a house for the trip this year. Vickey's home was so accommodating for the six of us and our dog. Everything we could have possibly needed was in the home ready for our use. But of course, we were there for the river! What caught my eye most about this property was the private beach. We were able to dock our floatie chairs in the water and do what we loved most...lounge with our cocktails! However, there is a stretch of moss at the shoreline, which made it challenging to wade into the water (I'm not sure if this is seasonal/ temporary or if the moss stays put year-round). Another bummer was the water level during during our trip. According to photos posted online advertising the property, the water line is high; that was not the case during our trip on 8/16-8/20/23. Severe weather was predicted to hit the area (due to Hurricane Hilary), which factored into the release of water from the dam. Our Saturday was rainy, and no water was released...no one's fault of course, but it was just a bummer. Also, know that the pet fee applies per pet...I didn't know that when we had a last-minute addition of a friend's cat. Vicky has family living next door, and her son offered to take a photo of our group...I thought that was kind. I think we plan to rent again, assuming that the same friends will be joining :) Thank you, Vickey!

Wonderful property
This is the 12th time we have stayed at this property. This property has the best beach. Vickey is a joy to work with. We enjoy floating down to a local on ramp and walking back to the house. My son calls it our personal "lazy river". We can not wait to come back.

Pictures dont do this place justice!
We went to the colorado river as a family meeting up with relatives from California, checking in process was super easy, the bedrooms were plenty big for the 5 couple and two infants + toby dog that stayed. The kitchen / living room area was INCREDIBLE, which walked out to a beautiful patio overlooking the river! Being in the inlet was nice because the current wasn’t quite as strong. The private beach was absolutely perfect for us to tie off two jet skis the California cousins brought with them. All the casino/pin ball games were a huge hit. Two of the bedrooms upstairs had beautiful attached bathrooms while two more had a nice shared bathroom. Owners were awesome when we had a last minute issue that caused us to bring toby dog and i spaced out and forgot to mention it they were super accommodating and understanding. Stay here you wont be disappointed!

Great Stay with tiny disclaimers
The location was amazing! Off the Colorado River and plenty of space and the amenities (billiards, slots, air hockey) were an amazing add on. Host was always prompt to reply and communication was great. Now, on to the disclaimers. 1. Property is a PART TIME rental. Just means expect a lot of the owners things to be around (vehicle, screws and miscellaneous items). Because of this, the ramp to the river is blocked off due to the locked garage/ramp belonging to the owner. You’ll have to disembark your aquatic vehicles on the public ramp down the road. 2. Can’t change the thermostat. It’s in the description of the property. Probably per the house owner’s instructions. Not ideal when it’s 100 degrees outside. 3. Not the cleanest rental I’ve been in but I think that boils down to the property being a part time rental. I’m conclusion, house is a great spring break location for college folks and individuals that aren’t super picky.

Great location on the Colorado River
A great house with beautiful views in a great location. Not as clean as we expected. Mattress in suite at the top of the stairs needs to be replaced immediately, along with a lot of the bedding, pillows & towels. Washer, dryer, & dishwasher are very old & need replacing also. Love seats need replacing also. House needs a good spring cleaning & decluttering. We would gladly stay here again if these things were replaced.

Disappointed
Over the past several years we have rented 4 vacation homes & were very disappointed in the cleanliness of this house. Upon arrival there was a load of towels left in the washing machine from previous renters, there were items left in the dryer. Having all the bedrooms with bathrooms was great but the rugs in all the bathrooms were dirty and there were barely enough wash cloths to go around for 9 people. The are enough towels but they are all dingy and don't look clean. The upstairs bedroom on the left the mattress needs to be replaced. The bedroom on the right had pillows that smelled of perspiration, the middle bedroom only has a small night stand with no other place to set suit cases or put your clothes. The downstairs bathroom had bugs in it, & the main bathroom had a cockroach in it, we contacted Vickie to find bug spray with no response. There are 2 chairs in the kitchen area that are very unstable, one at the table & one at the counter, you have to be very careful if you lean back or you feel like you are going to fall over. The one at the counter lost a bearing so we had grease on the floor to clean up, not sure which one it came out of. Every dresser or table in the house had to be wiped off before you could set anything on them. We left the house much cleaner than when we arrived and it was a consensus that Vickie is not a premier host.

Horrible smell, kitchen was disgusting had to spend 1 hour cleaning
So the booking was super easy, but then we show up and walk into the smell of Fabuloso"HORRIBLE".. The kitchen was disgusting, food was stuck to the countertops and everything was just dirty.. We spent an hour just cleaning because we had our other friends coming and wanted it to be nice. We went to the store and bought candles to hide the horrible smell. The bugs were horrible, as soon as we opened the side onto the patio hundreds of bugs flew in... Only a couple of the slot machines worked, none of the darts had tips to play darts, the pinball machine was out of order.. Outside fan was broken and so dirty, we cleaned the patio and chairs before they were useable... I attempted contacting the host with concerns, but she did not answer or call back until the day we were leaving.. We made it work, but know that this place is a little rough..
