Great House and host.
Host was wonderful to work with. Home/apartment in great condition. Clean. Nice size rooms. Updated bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash in shower. Everything in good working order. Would definitely stay here again.

Know the neighborhood
The property location is a bit sketchy. the problem being several vehicles have shown break-ins (automotive glass piles and steering wheel clamps) and lack of off street parking for multiple cars. Would not take the risk of street parking.

Great location!
Annual girls trip to Niagara/Buffalo for D'Youville grad. Everything was clean and well-appointed. Host was easy to contact for a question. Located cross from beautiful historic high school and close to Elmwood shopping and restaurants. Past stays have been at the Embassy Suites and this was a much better value.

Perfect weekend stay near Elmwood Village
The property was as advertised and in a great neighborhood and Peter was beyond helpful with the check in process and giving tips for what to do/where to eat in the area. No issues with the property while we were there, and easy access to all the bars and restaurants on Elmwood about a 10min walk away

Nice property
The property owner did a nice job communicating with me. He answered all my questions quickly too. The place was very clean, and modern. Beds were very comfortable (big plus). Upstairs neighbor was a little noisy Saturday night, but not a huge deal. Everything was as advertised.

Comfortable and Enjoyable Stay
We loved staying here. It was the perfect place to enjoy the company of family we hadn't seen in a while. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was clean and well outfitted. The host provided all the information we needed and was a pleasure to book with. Thank you for the great stay.

Quaint little house appartment
The house was exactly as the pictures showed and was in good distance of downtown Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The location was nice (driving up to the area …it did not appear that way at first… the outside community was a bit sketchy but the neighborhood where the house was located was quiet and in a cute little college town) only bad thing was the parking. It is not ideal for multiple cars if traveling with friends or family, but it ended up working ok for a small weekend getaway!

Great experience
Propery was clean, well set up and had everything we needed. Stayed with my wife and kids (3 &5 ) and it was great; lots of positives to note here: Having a full size tub was great for a kids bath and the shower worked well for me. The house was clean, well maintained and quiet. The matresses and bedding were super comfy and we slept great. The location was great and neighbourhood was nice, felt safe and was pretty central to anything you would want to do in Buffalo. Peter was an excellent host and was very responsive and and we will absolutely stay with him again.

Perfect for a long weekend trip
This property has a great location, near local restaurants and shops! Plus it was only minutes away from major retail as well. The host, Peter, was very responsive to a couple of questions we had throughout our stay and was very accommodating. The property was very clean. We highly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again next time we are in town. Thank you!!

This place was very clean and tidy. We were up until all hours and were a little loud be no complaints from the landlord, he let us have our fun. Felt bad that we did not know all the rules up front. Missed an email on how to tidy up on our way out and felt bad. There should have been a list of instructions in the apartment and we would have gladly obliged.
