“We enjoyed a lovely week in this beautifully decorated and well equipped cottage. The cottage is well situated for all the amenities Brixham has to offer and although there is no parking with the property, there are plenty of places available within a ten minute walk. Hope to revisit soon.”

“Lovely house, large enough for the 6 of us, although it can sleep more I wouldn’t have wanted to share with anymore than that. Steve was very helpful, no issues apart from maybe check crockery pans etc as there were a lot that needed cleaning before they could be used. Thanks for everything.”

“We really enjoyed Rushay - the house, Cottage and grounds are beautiful. Full use was made of the tennis court and we drove to Charmouth for an early morning swim each day. The beds are really comfy and the bathroom facilities are good. We did feel that the kitchen equipment needs updating a little - we just managed to cater for 20 between the two kitchens and using quite a few items brought from home. Altogether though, a really lovely time was he by all!”

“Brixham is beautiful. The property has amazing views. Shower over bath, ok ISH, but the tap leaks. It also leaks in the kitchen. No recycling and the outside bin was full to the brim. We paid extra £100 for linen and was expected to strip beds on vacating. Think this is a bit much to ask when you have to vacate at 9.30am and the fact we paid extra £100 for this service.
