Apartamento completamente renovado y equipado con todas las comodidades, para alquiler a corto plazo directamente por medio del propietario. Este apartamento se encuentra junto a una calle peatonal, en el centro de Budapest. Todo el distrito esta rodeado de edificios históricos, a solo 10 minutos a pie del Danubio, la Ópera o la Basilica (nosotros proporcionaremos para su estadía una lista de cosas para hacer/ver, al igual de lo que NO se debería hacer).
El edificio, en el que se encuentra el departamento, es elegante y muy bien conservado. Las ventanas de la unidad miran hacia un patio interior, dando así un ambiente de calma y tranquilidad en medio del centro. Saliendo del edifico uno se encuentra inmediatamente con varios restaurantes y tiendas (por ejemplo Starbucks, TGIF, Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Sushi, comida típica húngara). El metro esta a sólo 40 metros (parada „DEAK TER“).
El departamento es ideal para 2 personas. Se recomienda para esas personas, que buscan estar en medio de los acontecimientos, pero a la misma vez tienen la oportunidad de estar en una oásis de tranquilidad después de un día lleno de turismo y compras.
El apartamento proporciona WIFI y cable TV (flatscreen TV), cocina equipada con microondas, tostadora, cafetera, ollas, vajilla, vasos y cubiertos.

Location, location, location
This apartment is in the heart of Budapest, walking distance to all major sites. The spacious apartment is great for a short stay. We took advantage of all the cafes, bakeries and restaurants in the area so didn’t really use the kitchen. Unit appears to have everything you would need though. Definitely would stay again.

Fantastic
Flat had everything we needed, very well equipped, communication spot on and so easy to get in. Go to gate, get keys from box, go through doors and and up stairs to the apartment. The greatest thing was the location, you are right in the middle of Budapest. The Danube and main shopping street are about 10 minutes walk away. We spent the entire trip in easy walking distance of most places and got a hop on hop off bus ticket for a couple of days to visit the Thermal baths. As someone with walking difficulties it was amazing to be able to explore so much on foot as it was all so close. We didn't even switch the TV on in the apartment as there was so much to do. There's a breakfast place right next to the entrance and the street leading to the Danube and main square is lined with places to eat and drink. Loved the Apartment, loved Budapest and loved the Flippermuseum - loads of Pinball machines, all free play.

Perfect home base for seeing Budapest
The apartment was very comfortable. It was well-equipped for our stay! The bed and pillows were comfortable, and towels were nice. It does have a tiny shower, but the water was hot with good pressure. The internet was outstanding. Andrew was very good about checking in to make sure we were all set.

You could not find a better location!
We had a wonderful stay here in Budapest. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect! Very close to many restaurants, sites and transportation. The owner was incredibly helpful and available. He assisted with arranging transportation to and from the airport and checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Budapest.

Excellent location in Pest
The apartment is ok. Has everything you need and is well equipped with washing machine and iron. It is not a luxurious place but it is just well enough to rest and have a good bath after the whole day around Budapest. The host is very kind and we really enjoyed staying there. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook either. It is located in an excellent part of the city so you can move around very easily to the most important attractions of the city. Excelent location Thank you Andras!!

Location, location, location
This apartment has a wonderful town center location. Since we enjoy walking a city to learn about it, it was perfect for us. Many places are nearby and buses and subway just steps away. What was really surprising was the relative quiet for such a central location, since the building is on a pedestrian street and courtyard. The owner, Andrew, could not have been more accommodating and responsive. A bonus for us was his ability to arrange transportation from the airport which made our arrival extremely easy. The only drawback is that the kitchen is small, although it does accommodate a table and chairs. On the practical side, clean, comfortable bed, and plenty of hot water. Definitely a bargain!

Andrew was gracious and very helpful. He even booked a taxi for our transfer to the airport. Apartment is in the centre of city of town but still very quiet. It was also a short walk to the 'ruin pubs' area where we had several good meals. It was good to have a washing machine too after travelling for 3 weeks. The only thing missing is an air-conditioner as it was very hot when we were there but there are 2 fans in the apartment. We would recommend this apartment.

Clean and centrally located
Great apt in the center of Pest - a few steps from Deak Ferenc Ter. Windows open to a courtyard that is mostly quiet - even on rowdy weekends. Andrew was very helpful before and during our stay whenever we had questions - and he answered email quickly. The apt is clean and worked great for the two of us. The only ding is the washer - our clothes were still soapy and soaking wet - hand-washing would work better. Otherwise - you can't go wrong.

Excellent apartment near 3 metro lines and 1 tram line.
Liked this apartment for its central location. Steps to shops, restaurants, 3 metro lines and a tram, but also very quiet. The apartment is fully equipped with good kitchen utensils, comfortable bed and good bathroom and shower. Wifi is excellent. The apartment has no direct sunlight but if you are out all day this won't matter. There is a view into the central courtyard. Highly recommended.
