“We had such a special weekend staying at Gwynant cottage, it was absolutely gorgeous inside and a lovely cosy setting for our young family. Dos dias antes me vino una obstrucción intestinal y todo el dolor que conlleva. Sigo ingresada en el hospital y he pasado días muy difíciles. Entiendo que aunque era una reserva prepago, se trata de una causa de fuerza mayor, pero ellos no lo han entendido así. Me han cobrado el 100% de la reserva sin ser utilizada. Lamentable gestión. ”
