“TERRIBBLE, they never send me the check in information prior to my visit. So when I arrived there was no possible way to access. I spend all day long trying to contact them by phone and no one answered. I ended up booking another hotel because of the irresponsability of them. And now they are eefusing to refund me for a stay I did not use because of there fault. I show es up at the hotel and i was not able to access because THEIR FAULT, not mine. Waste of time, and money, I don’t recomend...

“Excellent hospitality, nice breakfast with local bread, fruits, variety of ham, cheese, jams etc and good coffee. Spacious and clean room. The owner had a cute Italian greyhound. A knight use to live here in the 1800s, which makes this place more special. It is a recommended place to stay if you visit Brussels!!”

“Gorgeous building and lovely, clean room. Stayed here with my wife and had an excellent time, we took the romantic suite. The room is really big and spacious, with a separate (equally as big) bathroom. The room was quiet and had everything we needed including a fridge! “Walking up four flights of steep stairs to access our small room with no heat, no refrigerator, no hot water and zero water pressure was just the beginning of this nightmare. Tried to communicate with host about our displeasure to no avail. Outside temperature was below freezing and room was barely above freezing. Apparently the bottom floor is somewhat of a shared area with a stove etc but definitely not something I would want to share with others. Would not recommend”

"Super.. el staff super super amable, excelente ubicacion... a dos calles de la estacion de Tren Brussel-Centraal y a 2 calles de la plaza principal... muchos lugares se pueden conocer caminando. Super recomendado. El desayuni bastante bien."
