Door lock malfunction/appliances improperly installed/coffeemaker trips the breaker/backed up sewer line (regular occurrence per plumber & neighbour) 2 months of mail in the mailbox. Backyard was unsafe, not as pictured - broken glass/debris/ broken down fence/long thorny vines/ wet leaves clogging the fire box-all covered with thick leaves & branches when we arrived. Many issues fixed, not the backyard. Landscaper sent by Premier Host assured his plans would make backyard safe. His quote was refused. In his words "They are looking to do it the cheapest possible. I was looking to do it the right way". I asked for assurance that the backyard would be safe. Assurance was withheld and the owner 'invited' me to leave. I am sure my dog was cut in the backyard -large vet bill. VRBO & host refusing to address unfair treatment. Each party directs me to the other party, Premier Host does not respond. Current pictures on VRBO and 2 other listing sites do not represent the condition of the backyard. House was clean, well appointed. Regular maintenance was poor. Altho some issues were attended to, my stay was negatively impacted, cut short by 59 days, and I have been treated unfairly by all parties. No one will address overcharges. MAKE SURE TO TELL VRBO DIRECTLY AND IMMEDIATELY OF ANY ISSUES! And, note the restrictions for posting reviews on VRBO. They are onerous. I am not allowed to include pertinent information that VRBO does not want on their site.
