Great time with family

The house was fine for the size of our family. We've been coming to SSI since the 90's and never stayed this far north on the beach, the beach was definitely less crowded. We like the Coast Cottages houses better and the easy beach access. Navigating the walk from 12th st with lille ones is a bit challenging. The pool was great, the mattresses really need to be updated and a few extra kitchen towels would be helpful.I also started receiving texts about joining a prayer group after checkin in and guessed from the books around the house it was from the owner. I have a church and felt like this was an overreach for a rental.

Family Retreat

This house is just what we needed for our family vacation. Love that there was a bathroom for every room. The additional room above the garage was very nice for space. Very close to the beach. Parking multiple cars here is a challenge if the back car needs to get out as the drive way can hold three cars and golf carts but they all have to be parked in a row.

Great St Simons Beach House

We stayed here with family and the trip was wonderful. Easy access to the beach and pool was nice for a break. Now, we did have a lot of issues with the pool which for some reason was taken offline to repair a drain line in the middle of our stay. However, the property management company was super understanding (they were caught off guard) and really went out of their way to help manage as best as possible. The service was excellent in an unfortunate situation. We would return.

Beautiful

The house was beautiful and comfortable. It is very roomy! We loved the pool! The guest house is nice too with its own bed and bath. It is about 2 blocks from the beach entrance and the a path through the dunes to the beach. Bring a cart if you have a lot to carry.

Celebrate…. This was a family celebration. Our daughter in law finished her cancer treatment.

This property was perfect for us. The main living area and kitchen was designed for gathering. Access to beach was easy and having the pool was perfect with children. All the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.

Loved this house

Kitchen supplies, utensils were meager. Not enough kitchen towels and dish clothes. Ample bath towels and linens. Just a short walk to beach. Nice pool. Would have liked to have twin beds in one bedroom. Primary bedroom was very large and spacious. Nice front and back porch. Overall worked well for family and would rent again. Thank you for a great week on my favorite island —-SSI !

Family Vacation 2021

Perfect home for our family vacation!! It had everything we needed! The pool was amazing. It was great for the kids and they didn’t want to get out! The home is convenient to the beach and restaurants. Also a great location at the end of the street to see some spectacular sunsets over the marsh! We had the best vacation!! We will return!!

Sparkling clean, huge house.

The house was absolutely spotless and check-in/check out was super easy. The pool is beautiful and there was plenty of room for 7 adults. EVERY BEDROOM HAS THEIR OWN BATHROOM. If you book this house for no other reason...everyone gets their own bathroom. We had a great time.

Lovely home, perfect for adult couples

This is a lovely well maintained home in the best location on St. Simons. It was perfect for us and four other couples (each with their own bathroom). We were there celebrating Mother's Day and several May birthdays. The downdraft on the stove top does not work, but other than that, everything was in mint condition. Would highly recommend.
