Recientemente listado dos, dos baños frente al mar condominio ubicado en el St. Simons Island Beach Club. Nuestro condominio ha sido completamente renovado y está bellamente decorado! Beach Club ofrece exuberantes jardines, piscina, jacuzzis, tenis, parrillas para barbacoa junto a la piscina y gimnasio, ¡con el océano a solo unos pasos! Disfrute de una cocina completamente equipada con superficies de granito y mármol, gabinetes personalizados y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable o pruebe algunos de los conocidos restaurantes a poca distancia a pie. ¡Es posible que nunca salga del condominio con la vista desde cualquier lugar que elija para sentarse! La sala tiene una mesa de comedor para seis personas, un sofá cama doble y un televisor de pantalla plana. Dormitorio principal con cama king size e incluso un escritorio de tamaño completo con vista al océano ¡SI tiene que trabajar un poco! Nuestro baño principal tiene una gran ducha, encimeras de granito, dos lavabos, más gabinetes a medida y un amplio vestidor. El segundo dormitorio tiene la misma vista hermosa con dos camas individuales, televisor de pantalla plana y otro armario grande. Tenemos sillas y toallas de playa y las sábanas del sofá cama en los armarios. Segundo baño completo con tina de ducha de azulejos y tocador de granito. Cada dormitorio y sala de estar tienen puertas correderas de acceso al balcón. Lavadora y secadora en la unidad! Los extras incluyen wifi gratuito, televisión por cable, reproductor de DVD, juegos de mesa, estacionamientos para bicicletas y estacionamiento cubierto.

Awesome rental!
We loved this condo! It had a fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, beach items, laundry items, lots of extra bedding/blankets, games, everything you could need. We actually got there right before a tropical storm hit, but stayed and had a great time. We contacted the owner when the power went out and she responded right away. Luckily the outage only lasted a couple hours. She even offered to let us stay an extra day because of the outage, which was so nice. Lots of great area restaurants and our kids loved the pool and hot tub, which were great alternatives for days when the weather was bad and we could only walk on the beach briefly. The condo was also large, with a good sized master bed and bathroom. Another helpful thing when we were inside during the rain! We would stay again!

Great property
The condo was amazing. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was exactly as listed in the listing and is beautiful. We had absolutely everything we needed and more. It is so convenient to the beach and close to the pool which the kids loved. The only complaint that we had was the mosquitoes were pretty bad in the evenings and there were a lot of gnats on the beach in the morning to the point we waited until later in the day to go to the beach. Other than that, we had a great vacation.

Nice week at SSI
Place is just as described-clean, comfortable beds and views of ocean from bedrooms and living room. Pretty simple walk to beach but not as close to actual shore as we thought it would be. Great parking, decent pool and tennis/pickleball courts and quiet for a condo. Quick drive to most anywhere you want to go on the island. The only suggestion I would offer is better lighting. It was hard to work puzzles and read at night unless you were sitting directly under a lamp.

Great views!
Condo was just as stated. All reviews were accurate. Clean, comfortable, freshly painted, mattress comfortable and kitchen was beyond fully equipped. The view and access to the beach couldn’t be any closer. Pool looked nice but it was too cold when we were there. The host was pleasant and helpful and immediate response to a question we had. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Incredible stay
This was our first time coming to St Simon's island and we were not sure what to expect. We have been to VRBO properties and beach condo's at other beaches in the past. We may just make this our return trip every year to this one property. First, the check in process was the smoothest we have ever had. The communication before hand was clear and thorough. We walked right into our place,and it was immaculate. Very clean, up to date and modern and comfortable. We enjoyed just hanging out in the condo. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked allowing my family who enjoy cooking to make some great dishes. The property faces the water, and the grounds are perfectly manicured and beautiful. We enjoyed being near the pool, and on Sunday, there was some live entertainment at pool side. We enjoyed going down to the pier or just walking on the beach in the evening and seeing the sunset on the tide pools that come up during the afternoon. St Simons was very charming, and we enjoyed renting some bikes and just going around looking at the shops and the community. God willing, we hope to be back .

This condo is nice overall, but is starting to look somewhat unmaintained and needs a deep cleaning. For example, there is what appears to be black mold on the ceiling of the main bathroom – that really sticks out! Also, the unit’s location is both a positive and a negative: the ocean view is beautiful, but just below the balcony are tables and grills for all guests to use. People collect there throughout the day and evening, making it feel less private and relaxing at times. This would have been a 4 star review but we unfortunately had several issues right away that impacted our stay. We were given the wrong door code and were unable to enter upon arrival. The wifi was not working. If left on, the icemaker leaked water out of the fridge onto the kitchen floor. Worst of all, the right side of the kitchen sink was leaking badly from the garbage disposal. The door code was quickly resolved with a phone call. The wifi was restored late the first night after quite a bit of back and forth. The sink issue was the worst to deal with – grimy water poured out onto the floor the first time we used it. It was gross and we had no choice but to clean up the floor ourselves. Turns out this was a known issue: we found a large bowl under the disposal to collect water, which had overfilled, but there was no note or communication to warn us about this. The owner said she had contacted a maintenance company and thought it had been fixed. But the explanation didn’t make sense. How could a major leak from the kitchen sink be overlooked during cleaning for our check in? It took two days to fix it: one appointment for the maintenance person to look at it and a second the next morning at 7:30 a.m. to replace it. We were told the ice maker leak would also be fixed, but it was not. Any of these issues alone would be understandable, an inconvenience but not a reason for complaint. But dealing with all four over the first few days was the opposite of relaxing on our vacation. The owner was nice when we spoke to her; she apologized repeatedly and offered to extend our stay by 1 night. However, she offered no alternative when we told her we couldn’t change our travel plans, even when we asked about getting a 1 night refund instead. So, we received nothing for our troubles. This is not an inexpensive or budget accommodation option. We expected more, so this was unfortunately one of our worst overall vacation rental experiences.

This was the perfect place for a beach getaway. The accommodations were lovely, and communication, value, and cleanliness all get the highest marks. The view from the unit is beautiful, and it is a short walk to a wonderful, dog-friendly beach. Cannot be beat!
