GREAT HOUSE WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS
This is a very nice place. The ocean and harbor views are beautiful. The floorplan is perfect for enjoying with a small or medium size group and there is plenty of outdoor space.

Sisters weekend
4 sisters (golden girls) stayed at this house for 3 nights. It was so comfortable and cozy. We used the hot tub, enjoyed beautiful sunsets, cooked a bit, ate out at places nearby, enjoyed a jet boat ride on the Rouge, played games, and so much more! Thank you Bobbi for the warm welcome and making check in and out friendly and seamless! We love your place and had a wonderful time. Oh and the beds and the showers were awesome! 3 comfy bedrooms with king sized beds is almost unheard of. I also loved the decor in the house. Such a fun place. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Great adventure base
We rented the house for a couple of nights after a Rogue River trip. It’s close to hiking, surfing, and beautiful beaches. There are also some good food options nearby. A rooster and highway noise may be bothersome if you’re sensitive to noise. Comfortably sleeps 8 but if a tight-knit group, could do more. Overall it was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. Bobbi communicated promptly when anything was needed.

Everything was extra clean and working. Plenty of clean towels everywhere. House and view are understated. The experience over delivers. The private hot tub is the cherry on top. Great job!!

This home is exactly as shown in the listing. The home is very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Great communication with Bobbi. This home sits on a bluff above Brookings Harbor, There is normal traffic noise from 101 plus the Harbor but did not affect our stay. We would stay in this home again if we were in the area.

Fantastic Everything
We started the night here after a 221 mile relay running race. The house has everything we needed: Hot tub, a comfortable place for everyone to sleep, great views of the ocean/marina, walking distance to restaurants (if we had that kind of energy), and plenty of space for us to gather and tell stories about our horrible pace/runs. Check in was easy and the host was friendly/helpful. I’d definitely stay here again if back in town.

Good for Day Trips to Redwoods and Oregon Coast
We adore the Oregon coast and had never made it to this area so we planned a weekend here. The home is lovely, well appointed, and with plenty of space for a much larger group. This was perfectly located for trips along the coast and south to the redwoods. Between the local attractions and our daily visits from the deer in the yard, our time was filled with Mother Nature and the great outdoors. The host communicated promptly and appropriately. Overall, this was a great visit. One note, if you are looking for direct access to the ocean and leisurely home to sand walks then this may not be for you. The home is on a cliff and below it is an array of commercial harbor properties including tourist shops and a seafood processing plant. We didn’t realize that until we got the address and mapped our route. The cannery is pictured in one host photo. At night, it has bright lights and noise. Despite that, we felt a bit removed from everything as we had hoped.

What I Would Have Like to Have Known Before Reserving:)
Pros: The house was very clean and the appliances were quality and new, including hot tub. Decor was great. Got us our check-in info right on time.They were forgiving of our late check-out (thank you!). Cons: Property manager told us we could walk to the beach, which was most important to us. It was a 35 minute walk each way (timed three times), had to cross a busy street with no crosswalk and then walk along the busy street with no sidewalk, and we had small dogs and young children, which we clarified was part of the importance of a short walk to the beach. Property manager told us it was 8 minutes, then 2-3 football fields to get there. That was disappointing, as was the view, since fog blocked the view of the ocean and just left the parking lot below visible during most of our stay (fog is normal on the coast of course, but usually I stay closer to the ocean and still have a partial view of something more scenic than asphalt, even in thicker fog than we experienced here). The beds were not comfortable. The property manager was condescending when we asked questions (could we see photos of an unpictured room, how to get to the beach, where to find firewood, basic questions). She told us not to come early so our first impression of the house would be good, and when we arrived after check-in, there were mountains of junk stacked in front of the garage that stayed there our whole vacation. Neutral: Have stayed in 8 Oregon Coast VRBO beach houses and this was the first with surveillance cameras all around outside, and the first where they charged per person per night after 2 people.

Very clean, comfortable and open floor plan. Nice deck 3 sides of the house. Gathered family there for a wedding in the park. Was able to have a few extra guests there for a light reception following the ceremony.

Great view across the harbor to the ocean, comfy beds, well designed interior with tons of amenities and lots of outdoor spaces. Excellent for a large family as well as for a couple. Very accommodating owners. Great choice! Even white cushy terry robes and bedside mints!

Beyond Belief AWESOME Place
We had planned a last minute bucket list trip for family to meet up with us there from California. Sadly their health prevented them from joining us after all. Bobbi was so understanding. We rushed down to see them and even though there was now just the two of us at this gigantic house, it was just exactly the comfort we needed when we came back up. Speaking of comfort, Bobbi has thought of absolutely everything for each and every type of guest! The pictures don’t even begin to do this place justice! It was sparkling clean from top to bottom and hats off to their cleaner! The wrap around porch and windows all give you so many stunning views! I felt like I had walked into a featured magazine home to thoroughly enjoy! My husband is an amateur musician and our son tours all over the world as the lead guitarist with The RT’s, so the impressive guitars made quite an impression! The master suite has THE best king size bed I have ever slept in and the whole room is delightful. Even our dog enjoyed being with us (and wonder at those animals called deer). Everywhere you look, you see incredible attention to detail. From cozy towels and robes, to twinkle lights over the huge hot tub. (While we didn’t use it this time), to stocked kitchen. When we couldn’t get the washer to turn on, a quick message exchange brought Mike to fix it almost immediately. He and Bob even talked guitars together he gifted us with a song and recommendation for a music store. On our way out, we wanted to stop by Bobbi’s Beach Boutique to meet Bobbi and thank her. What a great shop and well worth a visit! As super hosts ourselves for many years before covid, I can honestly say that Bobbi’s place is by far the very best home stay one could choose. Thank you Bobbi and Mike!

Simply Amazing
