Very safe, clean, apartments in super good condition, nice people around, close to everywhere. 9 minutes from downtown. Security at night. I parked my car and nothing happened. The location is outstanding, close to parks, bars and restaurants. Walking distance to everything we needed. We went to the Clemson football game Saturday and it was a simple 45 minute ride each way with traffic. I would definitely rent this property again ”

“When we arrived we noticed the place was not up on cleaning. Dust on tables, dishes still in the dishwasher and the bathroom had mold around the chalk line around the faucet area. I reached out to the owners on the day we arrived about this and not only they didn’t have any washcloths. The next day WE went to the store and got bathroom cleaning stuff and washcloths. Still have not received any response from the owners. So disappointed. I have pictures of the mold.”
