Great family spot
Lots of space for a family gathering. The lake is so much fun and a grandson caught (and released) a huge catfish. Close to fun attractions, great restaurants, and the beautiful Broken Bow Lake. The setting helped create some lifetime memories!

4 Couples weekend to boat, fish and 4 wheel for 4 days.
It was a great weekend. It was important that there were 4 king beds and at least 4 baths en-suite, so that is a big reason I chose this property, however the beds are very uncomfortable. They are extremely hard and lumpy at the same time. There is also no pantry in the kitchen! Other than those two things, even though these are two important factors, we had a great time. I would not lease the property again due to the uncomfortable beds.

The Absolute BEST Cabin for family!
We LOVED the Blue Canoe! This cabin has kayaks, paddle boards, canoes & a paddle boat on a creek. The playground equipment was perfect for our young grandkids. Just bring food and never leave this place! The Blackstone grill was amazing for cooking for our large crew. Indoors there is a full size arcade game that has EVERY game you can imagine. The adults introduced Galactica, Donkey Kong, Frogger and more to the littles. We had a blast! Every bedroom has a private bath and the kitchen is fully equipped. Not sure whether to bring coffee pods or regular filters? Well they have a dual keurig with a regular coffee maker. True luxury! This is our second stay at the Blue Canoe and can’t wait for next year.

Great house and location!
We stayed at the Blue Canoe with 2 other families and their kids. This is a beautiful house. The house was spacious and comfortable for all three families. We loved that the house was by the pond. We spent evenings fishing and kayaking and there was plenty to do for the kids. The house was clean and had great amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. We had an issue with the refrigerator on the first day. The owner was very responsive and sent a handyman the next day to fix the issue. We would stay here again next time we are in Broken Bow.

Spacious Multiple Family Cabin
The Blue Canoe is the perfect spot for multiple families to stay. The pond behind the cabin kept the kids entertained for hours. Every couple had their own room and bathroom. The bunk room was a perfect spot for all the teenage girls to stay in. Location of the cabin was right in the middle of all the hot spots. We will definitely stay there again.

Great Family Vacation
We had an absolutely wonderful time! Our family of 21 ranging in ages from 5 months to 67 years old stayed for 3 nights. There was plenty for everyone to do. We enjoyed the canoe, kayaks, rafts, fishing, pool table, shuffleboard table, puzzles, grilling and the playground. The host was very helpful and always answered my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend the cabin.

Hochatown Hideaway
What an awesome property! We had a family of 13 gathered to celebrate our mom turning 70 and this house had a little bit of everything to satisfy everyone. The stocked pond provided hours of entertainment, the kitchen had everything we needed and the outdoor setup was perfect. The men definitely enjoyed using the blackstone for meals. The property was so beautiful and served as a great last minute backdrop for family photos when our original plan got rained out.

Great stay/very accommodating
Took our kids and their significant others ( all ranging from 21-26 and our 16 year old and best friend) and our friends and their 3 kids (ages 21, 22 and 23) to blue canoe. In all.. there were 15 of us. The stay could not have been more perfect! Every room was large with large beds and each had it’s own bathroom and smart Tv. There were plenty of seats for eating and an open concept kitchen area. We loved that there were lots of games and such. From pool table, video game, horse shoes and corn hole and large jinga outside and paddle boats, canoes and kayaks with a stocked pond. We never got bored. The owner responded quickly to every question and even left 2 huge boxes of yummy cookies for our bunch. She also gave us a wide range of recommendations to do and eat near by. There are two sets of washer and dryers (since it accommodates so many people this was great)! The view is beautiful too! We’ve already recommended this place after people saw our posts on FB, tons of people are asking. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. -happy mom-

Broken Bow Family vacation!
This was our first time to go to Broken Bow. We had a great time. The Blue Canoe was perfect for our family. The pond was a big hit, with the canoe, the kayaks and the paddle boards. The kids loved fishing in it also. Other things we loved about the Blue Canoe was how spacious it was, the great game room, the nice big back porch and how close to Beaver Bend State Park it was. The Blue Canoe was a winner for us.

Amazing Time
We loved this house. So much for kids and adults to do. Having the pond was awesome, it gave the kids something to do while the adults hung out. Autumn, the owner was great as well. She was very flexible and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Great for Families
This cabin was perfect for our family weekend. It is roomy and well-appointed. There is plenty of room for gathering the group, but there is also space for privacy. Each bedroom has an ensuite bath which was perfect for our adult children and their families. The grandkids had fun on the play equipment and the paddle boats. We had one small problem. The tank for the gas grill was empty. I called the owner who answered her phone quickly, and within 30 minutes she had someone pick up the empty and return it to us full. Great customer service! Thanks, Autumn! Your cabin is lovely and the location is great! We look forward to returning to The Blue Canoe.

It was a great time for everyone!
We had 19 people there. Plenty of room. Great accommodations. We were at the fire pit every night. We took the canoe out on the pond and fed the fish. In a nutshell: relaxing and fun.

Family Vacation
This property is beautiful! Our large family had a wonderful time staying at the Blue Canoe and will definitely be returning. It accomodated all of us well, and we all had our own bathroom in our bedrooms and one bathroom had a tub to bathe the kids, that was an added plus! The kids and adults loved all of the water activities that were available. Life jackets were provided for those activities as well. The kids loved feeding the fish, playing on the swing set, tether ball and fishing. It is located very close to all of the activities at Hochatown and Beavers Bend. The host, Auutumn, was great at communicating and was readily available if anything came up. The Blue Canoe is definitely our favorite cabin and we are already talking about our next trip!

Had a blast!!
My family had an amazing vacation. The house was extremely comfortable and suited all our needs. I will say if you plan to cook while your there bring groceries with you. The grocery stores in the area were pretty limited. Other than that the house itself was great.

Perfect in every way!
Your home was amazing! In a great location close to the lake, restaurants, groceries and activities!! The home had everything we could even think of needing and plenty of supplies for our entire trip! We were able to relax and be comfortable with so much space and many things to do while hanging out! Overall the cabin was great and we really enjoyed and used the pond. Upon arrival we found several areas that needed additional cleaning. When we reported the areas to the managers, she responded by sending cleaning crews who corrected the areas.

Wonderful house with lots of activities
This home was great! The layout is fantastic with each room having an en suite. The game room was a good size with plenty of activities for kids of all ages and the outdoor activities kept the kids entertained!

Blissful Breathtaking time at the Blue Canoe
We cannot express how wonderful of a time we had at the Blue Canoe! Everyone loved every inch of this gorgeous house, and had such an amazing time making memories! Our host was phenomenal as well, answering each and every question and being so helpful! We definitely are planning a return trip to make even more incredible memories!
