An excellent stay in a fantastic property
Everything about The Old Bank House was exceptional. The house is beautifully furnished and equipped to a very high standard. At the same time we were made to feel comfortable and welcome to enjoy the space without any restrictions. The bedrooms were all good sized with very comfy beds. It’s ideally located in the village centre, with easy and convenient parking. And the host, Matthew, was very accommodating and responsive. I can’t recommend this property more highly - book it if you can!

Charming house, spacious, comfortable, well-equipped
This is the second time our family group (6 adults) has stayed here, and it was just as wonderful. Lovely decor, immaculately clean. The host is very helpful. The house is perfectly situated for exploring the New Forest. Large garden. No problems parking in the street if you have more than one car. Highly recommended.

Idyllic location
My friend and I had a wonderful 3 night stay in The Old Bank House. It is located in the heart of Beaulieu high street with easy parking at the rear of the property. The home is well equipped, very clean and beautifully furnished. There is plenty of living space and 4 good size bedrooms. The beds are extremely comfortable too. The garden is large and private with an outdoor table and chairs. Matthew was a great host, informative and easy to communicate with. Look forward to another visit sometime.

Wonderful Stay
The property is a beautiful, large, period property with a large, secure garden, in a fabulous location. The house is very well equipped, very clean, and very tastefully decorated and furnished. Communication with the host was very good. It was the perfect base for exploring the area, and we can’t wait to return.

Fabulous cottage in the perfect location
We stayed in the Old Bank House for our son’s wedding weekend. It was fabulous, a cottage with character but with all modern facilities and wonderful accommodation and garden. Located in Beaulieu , a short walk to the pub that serves great food. Communication with the owner was excellent too. A bottle of Prosecco and a carrot cake waiting for us on arrival was the icing of the cake!

Wonderful short break
3 generations of our family stayed here to celebrate my mums birthday and it was perfect. The house was full of character and brilliantly appointed with everything we could have needed. The garden was huge and my nieces loved rolling down the slope at the end. Beaulieu is a great location both as somewhere to visit itself but also as a base to explore from. We're already talking about when we might go back!

Great house in a fantastic location
The house was lovely, situated right in the heart of Beaulieu. Lots of space, right beside the amenities. It was a treat to step outside and see the donkeys wandering up the street.

Birthday break
It was an ideal place to celebrate my birthday in this well-kept and clean house. The rooms were large and catered well for the family. We enjoyed having a celebratory family meal around the large table and the well-equipped kitchen was good. It was very well placed to have our visit to the Beaulieu Motor Museum. The house fulfilled all our needs and everybody enjoyed their weekend break.

Staying in Beaulieu
We were so impressed with our stay at Beaulieu. The house was even better than the photos, absolutely stunning. Matthew was a wonderful host sorting out a problem the same day as we informed him of the problem. He also went beyond by helping me sort my car. The garden is magnificent which our four grandchildren enjoyed, spending a lot of time out there. Location of the house is great, close to restaurants and nearby attractions. We would certainly recommend this property and if holidaying in the New Forest again, would certainly want to stay there. Christine

Contact from owner was very good in the run up to our stay & once we arrived. Good directions, easy to find/access. If anything I would say the photos don't do justice as to just how spacious the property is: all the rooms are large and the garden was absolute bonus for the children and lovely to sit out in. I kept hoping the British summer would arrive so we could make use of the huge log burner but it remained too warm. As a parent of young children in advance I was quite worried I might be on high alert as it looked quite a 'grown up' property but somehow it manages to feel both immaculate and cosy/homely at th same time. Location is perfect, had the nicest time and have already looked at availability for the future.

Beautiful Property
Our family had spent a lovely weekend together here. The house is on the small, quaint High Street. The rooms are beautifully furnished, spacious and spotlessly clean. The large garden is a great place to spend time relaxing in, with a fabulous bbq and large table. The kitchen is very well equipped , and the host Matthew was very kind and helpful.

Had an enjoyable stay in the centre of Beaulieu. House very clean, with comfortable beds. Large garden with barbecue. Nice welcome pack. Enjoyed walks around Beaulieu seeing the many ponies. Many places to eat in village. Would love to stay again.

Stunning house
Had a great stay in the New Forest. The House itself is larger than we anticipated with hard flooring throughout the ground flood which helped to keep it clean during our stay. Immaculately presented with all the mod cons you'd need. The garden was very large and secure perfect if you have dogs like us. Overall id say the house was excellent in a great location a d we'd definitely stay again.

Delightful character house in the centre if Beaulieu
Our 3 generation family had a great time at The Old Bankhouse. Parking was easy in the high street for the second car. I hadn't realised there was a garden centre a very short walk along the road which pleased the Nan in our group. Lovely shops a stones throw away too. The house was immaculate. Beds were very comfortable. A few single steps on the ground level but didn't pose a problem for our elderly relatives who use a stick. We used the table for breakfast and dinner. More than enough room in the sitting room too. The garden is lovely and although chilly in February can see how it would be a sun trap. The highlight for the children was the donkeys in the village. We love the New Forest and juggling the needs of 10-75 year old made this a perfect base. Would highly recommend.

The house was beautiful inside and out and even more amazing than the photo's!the house was so clean and very tastefully decorated.Right in the middle of Beaulieu so perfect location with ponies walking past.An amazing welcome pack which was such a treat.Would highly recommend staying there...you just won't want to leave!

An amazing place
