+Location was fantastic!
-#1 the lock box was broken, had to call the property manager (not very good at communication) only to be told he'd have to put in a work order, couldn't tell us when someone may be there to help, sat the our car in 9° cold weather with no idea when someone would come.........1 hour later we have someone there and he's finally gotten the house open.......
-#2 no one turn the heat to even above freezing in the house before our arrival, as in the heat was completely OFF and the house was nearly as cold as outside!
-#3 the only heat downstairs were two very small wall heaters, one of which stopped working on day 2!
-#4 pellet stove did not work!
-#5 the floors downstairs were filthy, the furniture clearly is not ever moved to even sweep under ( oh yeah, there were a pair of women's underwear under the couch that we saw when the foot rest was up!! Eww!) and there was more of the outside inside than outside.
-#6 window sills were full of dead bugs left over from summer?!
So all in all it would have been nice if the property manager had a) had someone turn on the heat at least a few hours before we got there it is January! b) a better entry system is most definitely needed.....keyless entry upgrade for the main door would not put them out enough to outweigh doing it!
