“Great hotel! I was a bit skeptical about staying here at first, but I’m very pleased I chose it for my trip to Brighton. I stayed in a single suite, which was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the location is excellent—it’s not too far from the shopping center, and the beach is literally just a stone’s throw away.”

“The Old Ship is a lovely hotel. The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. It was hot and too noisy to have the windows open but the room had a ceiling fan which was remarkably effective. The breakfast was lovely and my veggie dishes had to be ordered especially but came super quick. My only moan is that in the room we only had 4 teabags and 4 pots of milk. No herbal tea. ”

“Schon die Lobby war beeindruckend gestaltet und auch das Classic Doppelzimmer mit Stadtblick war schön und hatte sogar etwas Meerblick. Es war sehr ruhig gelegen und enthielt alles, was wir brauchten. Die Kleiderstange/ Fächer waren allerdings sehr knapp, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend. Das Frühstück konnten wir an der Fensterfront mit Meerblick genießen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Lanes und Restaurants, Pubs (z.B. Lion & Lobster) bzw. Strandbars waren gut zu Fuß zu erreichen....

“It is a weird place the entrance to the hotel is that of a pub/disco club but you can access to the hotel itself only with your room key. Staff is really nice and helpful. On Friday night we had a room on the 4th floor not to hear the noise but it is fun. Rooms small but comfortable bed and with everything you need. Mirrors on the bathroom heated so they don’t get foggy (a touch of class we thought) Abundant and nice breakfast. Excellent quality/price when in Brighton will definitely book back...
