The location was just right for us: far enough to feel like we had privacy but close enough to downtown Brevard and Pigsah National Forest to get dinner and go for hikes. “We are 3 generations from Myrtle Beach, SC and we all live within 3 miles of the Atlantic. We watched weather reports all week about Tropical Storm Debby, and though it came ashore Thursday morning with torrential rains, we left anyway! 7 hours later, we arrived at the most beautiful, serene house in the mountains! Pure paradise for 3 days and we're already planning a longer stay--same location-- next year! ”

“We loved this house so much. Comfortable, spacious for what we needed (2 adults, 4 kids), basic necessities provided and stocked (very impressed with this, as other VRBOs usually do not provide much of anything), easy check in and out, and owner was communicative, helpful, and responsive. The house has a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, laundry, grill, fire pit, and living/dining area. We mostly spent our days out and about, but this was such a nice place to come back to and shower/ relax...

“John's place is a true gem! The house has absolutely everything we needed to have a relaxing, fun-filled weekend of mountain biking. All the staples we needed for cooking, laundry, and bathroom essentials were provided, letting us focus on having a blast. The house is a short drive from several different biking areas, and being able to bring our dogs was a huge plus. Being able to soak our sore muscles in the hot tub at the end of the day was a dream come true. We will be back for sure!”

“Our family was here in June for a wedding. The house is charming and has so much space. The hydrangeas surrounding the house make for a lovely entrance. “Charming three bedroom two bath home located within walking distance of downtown was a perfect spot for us. A fenced in backyard that allowed us privacy with a hot tub was also nice to have. Love the spacious kitchen as I like to cook when I’m on vacation and it was equipped with all I needed. The home was lovely and tidy…and did I mention a nice place to go outside and take a walk in a lovely neighborhood? Would definitely give it a 10 out of 10 and we keep it on my list of places to go back to...
