Great place!
Great spot with lots of amenities including a well stocked kitchen. Some things were a little worn out and the carpet could use a deep clean but overall this is a great property and everything - grill, hot tub, fire pit - was in good working order.

Great place for our family outing!
This house was charming to stay in for our 3-day family get together. Plenty of space for 10 of us to prepare and enjoy several large meals together. The views of Breck are spectacular, especially from the hot tub! There are also some nice walking trails in the neighborhood for a quick hike without needing to drive anywhere. Thank you AvantStay for a great experience!

Zendo is amazing!
This was our second visit to Zendo. We love the location, the layout, the amenities... just everything. The staff (Tom - who I dealt with most) were all VERY responsive. Most requests were handled within hours of our request. If you are looking for a get-away. This is the place. If you are looking for a great company to use AventStay. Both 5 stars!

Amazing property - just needs some updating.
I'll send a detailed set of comments suggestions to AvantStay - but overall the property is excellent. It just needs some updating and attention to detail. (For such a high end property, I'd expect slightly better amenities such as the quality of the tissue paper and humidifiers for the bedrooms. There were also a number of items such as the shades in the master bedroom (several were broken) and the quality of some mattresses that need to be replaced. But overall the property is great. Beautiful views, great locations, etc.

Best Vacation House I’ve Stayed At
This was the best, most well stocked vacation house I’ve ever been too. Spices, dishes, coffee, pillows, blankets, FANS! It was a beautiful house on a quiet street. Views were amazing, with giant windows and a vast deck to enjoy. Hot tub was big enough for 5-6, and right out the basement door so you’re not cold for long! If you have a family they keep it stocked for children as well, we found a baby gate and a high chair, made gating off the deck for the small dogs super easy! The deck also included a fire pit and gas to use it! Only 1 bedroom on the main floor, master upstairs, and 3 in the basement. I didn’t expect 3 to be in the basement, but they were beautiful and comfortable. Only issue was the basement stand alone bathroom, the shower door would not close at all, but we were only there for 2 nights so it wasn’t a big deal to use one of the many other showers provided. I highly recommend staying at this vacation rental!

What a great house. Great views all around. Wonderful safe and quiet neighborhood. Couple of small fixes that Avant took care of immediately—including replacing a soiled couch and rug. Great and timely service during our entire month stay.

Below expectation
We had a family gathering with eleven people and had a wonderful time. However, the house was a bit rundown with stained and worn carpets. Faucets leaked, toilets broke, ice maker failed. In spite of this we had a great time and the Avantstay folks were nice to work with and responsive to our issues. In the big scheme of things just think the property was oversold and a bit overpriced. I would not consider this particular house in the future.

Needs some major cleaning!
The house was equipped with everything we needed. The only issue was the the carpets were worn and really dirty and stained along with the couch. Really didn't want to sit on the couch because of so many stains. We left the house cleaner than when we all arrived.

Pretty run down property
Home was clean and location is great, but very run down compared to photos and description. Very dated, some lights didn't work and furniture was falling apart. It does look like they are trying to make some improvements though. Stone columns on driveway had stone falling off of them when we arrived and a mason repaired them while we were there.

Stocked and ready to rock!!
We had a wonderful experience at this property. It had absolutely anything you could want. Fully stocked with amenities. Very spacious. Loved the big bathrooms. The property management company was very easy to get ahold of and they were very accommodating and responsive. Great hot tub. We had fun playing pool and shuffleboard. They had some welcome gifts for us and a nice little note when we arrived, that was very cool. I cannot say enough about this place. Location was great as well. You can’t go wrong booking this property. Thank you for a fantastic time!!! We’ll be back :)

65th Anniversary
I chose the HIghlands to celebrate my parents 65th anniversary with my brother and sisters. Couldn't have chosen a better place. We had absolutely everything we needed and the home was awesome. The billiard table, shuffleboard table and hot tub may the stay even more awesome. Property management was superb. Thanks for everything.

A beautiful home and location. The house was in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely view, easy to get in to town and well stocked with any needed amenities for a large family dinner or a quiet night of fun and games. Beautiful Location
This property is beautifully situated with accessible trails for hiking or biking. Our family really enjoyed staying here because the kitchen was fully stocked and the house was very cozy, but incredibly spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and the fireplace! The only issue we had was cleanliness; this is a dog friendly property, so we understand there could be some dog hair here and there, but not as much as we saw. There was white dog hair (our dog is dark brown) in the beds, couch, and under the couch. I would expect the extra dog charge would be for the "extra" cleaning. Because we are dog friendly people, the dog hair didn't hinder our experience. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would definitely reccomend it.

Our Zendo Experience
We had a great visit in Breckenridge. The Zendo home was wonderful! There was ample space for our large family and the game room and hot tub were a great hit. There were little bonuses sprinkled throughout the house that added to a great experience. A guest guitar, binoculars, and a portable Bluetooth speaker, just to name a few. The management team was very responsive. The pool table was lacking cue chalk and there wasn’t any shuffleboard waxing sand. Nick delivered it to us that evening. Our family didn’t miss a beat. Thank you Nick and thank you AvantStay! Our Zendo experience was just lovely!
