Location can't be beat. If you need to go from one building to another, use the parking garage level or you'll be on a quest. No in-unit washer/dryer and limited towels.

Amazing location!
This rental was exactly as described in the listing and extremely walkable to almost everywhere in town. We could not have asked for a better location. The room was cozy and comfortable. The free parking was an added bonus. We never had to worry about paying for parking on the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, well-equipped ski in/out studio at Peak 9 base
Kim's unit was great and had everything we needed for a cozy, comfortable few days on the slopes. The property access to multiple outdoor hot tubs and a heated outdoor was a big deal for us. The complimentary ski valet and parking also added a ton of value to this property. Could easily have slept another couple or kids with pullout sofa bed, but we didn't need it this trip. Location at the end of Main Street at the base of Peak 9 gave us easy access to shops and restaurants in walking distance. Overall great few days!

Awesome location!!
Extremely easy location close to ski lifts, restaurants and bars. Everything was great about the place, including the small kitchen, would absolutely stay here again. The only thing to improve on would be pillows to sleep on were small and flat, and mattress dipped in the master bed. The futon mattress not comfortable, but other than that everything else was great.

This unit is perfect for a couple headed to the slopes! Quick access, easy check in, unit has everything you need for your stay. Building and parking are simple to navigate. Also, location to the Main Street is a plus! We’re returning renters and plan to return again.

Unfortunate
Owner called couple days before trip explaining elevator was down and we opted to still go. When we arrived it was hot. 80ish We opened window and immediately looked for the fans that were listed for an un-air conditioned room. We had a ceiling fan and a floor fan remote. We could not figure out the floor fan. After finally hearing back from owner, we found out that there was not a floor fan. The tenant before us broke it and she did not replace it. She was three hours away and could not get there till next day - afternoon/evening. It was only a 3 night vacation and she wanted us to spend half with no fan to put in the window . She said unit would cool to just leave the balcony door open. There was no screen on the door but we left our bags opened door and hit a happy hour. Upon return, the room had not cooled. A wasp was flying in the room, and it was about to start raining. Meaning the door had to be closed. We could not stay there, and i called and told her this was unacceptable and we were checking out. Our bags were literally stored in room for a couple of hours but owner refuses to refund. I had to dispute the charge. Front desk could not supply a fan. She had no one to get a fan. And expected us to stay half of our vacation uncomfortable because the unit would eventually cool. Really when ? 4 am? What about a screen to be able to Leave the door open without insects? We had to go find a hotel last minute. First day of 3 was ruined.

Great location!
Location was fantastic for a few days of skiing. Having a garage spot was also a huge plus. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. The property is large and a bit confusing to navigate, but the maps at check in were a huge help!

Perfect location
Such a great location with easy access to the room. The hot tub and pool were about a 3 minute walk outside which was kind of a bummer but nothing you can do about that. Room had everything we needed and was clean and spacious given its layout. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the bed. It was a bit warm despite a foam pad on top. Will definitely stay again though!

Cute Studio
Cute studio is in a great location by the Quicksilver lift and Crepe truck / coffee / restaurants / charcuterie / stores / bars / brewery etc. Fire place set a great ambiance in the room. Bathroom and bed were very spacious. My sister and I had a great time and would stay again.

Awesome spot!
Listing is very accurate. Great central location. About a 8 minute walk to the ski lift and directly across the street from restaraunts and the heart or downtown. I didn't think the place was outdated or anything but the table is wobbly and the window needs a curtain to block out the light in the early morning. The access to the hotubs and pool was amazing. I stayed at Beaver Run last year and prefer this location. Would stay here again!

The inside of this condo needs love and care too many things inside are falling apart or just simply old. We would have enjoyed a table that wasn’t broken and the chair seat covers are all torn. The pillows and mattress are old and it was hard to sleep all week long I guess for short stays it’s ok but not for a week long stay for the price we paid. Dishwasher is looking sad and the whole place just needs some TLC. We did enjoy the fireplace and location.

Great Stay!
The place is fairly small - but the advert is 100% acurate - the whole process was easy to go ski. Charter sports will hold the boots and skis' for you if you rent from there - easy walk to the lifts. Would def recommend.
