I arrived at the house @ 4:30pm, upon entry I noticed there was no running water. I informed the home owner and he sent a repair man out. While waiting on the repair man I asked for the wifi password and never received it. Once the plumber arrived at 5:30pm he found multiple water leaks. While he was repairing the first leak I noticed there is no shower in the loft just a tub. The amenities state there is a bathtub/shower. At 6:30 pm I informed Chris that I was not going to keep waiting around while the plumber kept repairing leaks. If he got the leaks fixed within an hour that it would probably take another 1-2 hours for the hot water tank to get the water hot, since all the pipes were drained from the 3 leaks. I asked for a refund based on No water, and no shower. He informed me he would refund my money. It has been two days and no refund, or response when I asked about the refund. The house was clean. If you have a full size truck it is hard to turn around in the driveway. The other option is to back out blind into the road. The pictures show the home is on a bayou, not exactly. It's close but you would have to cross onto some other property in order to get to the bayou. While waiting on the plumber I noticed a busted window on the lower unit with tape covering the hole. This is a honest review.
