“I arrived after a week hiking and wanted a lovely place to both rest up and do a little work - this was recommended by an Uber driver and they got it just right. It’s in a great location in quayside - beautiful views of the river and millennial bridge, and it’s an easy walk to both restaurants and cool landmarks (cathedrals, castle, Lit & Phil.) Desk staff was very warm and friendly - so kind from the first word, and very helpful. Had a facial in the spa, which was very relaxing. Room service...

“The hotel suited my needs in that it was near to where i needed to be to conduct the business I was in the area for. The food was rather limited in the restaurant and bar and service at times was very slow. The hotel was clean in all the public areas and in the room. Unfortunately the rooms require some upgrades. Parking spaces are very limited considering the hotel has 200 rooms and 37 parking spaces and what I thought was an excessive charge of £8.50 per 24 hours.”

“We have been stuck in Newcastle for two days (as of now) due to flight cancellations. We booked this hotel as it was the closest we could find available to the airport (BA says they'll refund our stay in 4-6 weeks time...) The staff have been amazing and helpful, the common areas are lovely (the pool is specially gorgeous). My only complaint is that the rooms are a bit dated. There are no plugs near the beds, which is a bit annoying. Other than that, comfy big rooms, awesome housekeeping, and...

“Stayed here in May on a Thursday night. Booked a room in the main hotel, after seeing reviews that some people ended up in a different building. There was a bit of faff about parking (not enough spaces for all the guests, so I had to be blocked in) but aside from that I thought it was a great room for a low price. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with modern fittings. It was quiet and had a great night's sleep! Definitely exceeded my expectations.”

“El hotel está bien, no se puede pedir mucho más por el precio por noche. La habitación muy amplia y confortable. Algo incomprensible que no haya ascensor, hay que subir con las maletas por las escaleras y nosotros teníamos la habitación en el tercer piso. El desayuno, en mi opinión, está pensado para estudiantes, recoges una bolsa en recepción que puedes llevar, comer allí al lado o subirla a la habitación. Aceptable.”

“El hotel es hermoso, la ubicación es fabulosa. Es moderno y cruzando un puente peatonal antiguo y bello está s en la zona centrica de la ciudad. El cuarto es muy comodo y el baño también. Un poquito de fallas con respecto a la limpieza del cuarto, pero cuando lo comenté fue muy amablemente tomado en cuenta el comentario y se me dijo que se iban a ocupar de ese tema de inmediato.”
