Great stay
Beautiful, cozy place with plenty of room for our large group. So relaxing and quiet after a busy day. The kitchen was fully stocked with QUALITY cookware and utensils. Our older kids really enjoyed the ping pong and pool table. We would have loved to stay a few more days and hope to book again next summer.

Christmas vacation with family.
We rented this house due to size for our family. Each year we take our adult children and one of their spouse on a trip instead of buying gifts. We love that there was a great game room, ping pong, pool table and poker table. There was plenty to do and plenty of space for us to spread out. Great place.

Happy ThanksChristmas
We like to kick off the holidays with a ride on The Polar Express and Silver Dollar City. This home was perfect for our family of 11. The teenagers loved playing poker and pool while the littles enjoyed hide and go seek in this large home! We look forward to enjoying this home in the summer when we can use the pool and golf.

Great home for the whole family!
We had an amazing time at this house! There is so much room to spread out. The house is even better than the listing shows. We traveled with our 10 year old and our 2 grown sons with their wives and our 2 grandbabies. They have thought of everything! There are baby gates to block the stairs if needed, a high chair, pack n play, extra blankets and throws. The pool table is very nice! Everything is clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Excellent place to stay
The house was very clean and inviting in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was roomy enough for everyone to have space but with gathering spaces to enjoy. We were there for fall break and truly enjoyed this wonderful home. The outdoor porches were such a nice place for morning coffee. I would highly recommend this home.

Almost everything was great! The only major exception was 3of the 4 Flouresent bulbs in the garage were burnt out. Very difficult for playing ping pong which was one of the attractions for the rental. Two of the toilets needed adjusting, would not flush properly. One the flapper chain was to long the other fill valve was set to low. Otherwise the place was great! A little disappointed in the yard, mostly hillside, put a damper on yard games.. Actually only five separate bedrooms, the sixth is a converted walk-in closet in the 5th bedroom.

PERFECT!!!
The property was just as listed and pictures were exactly as it was. Very quiet and peaceful. Felt very secure and safe. We had a group of 6 women from the church going to see Esther at the Sight & Sound Theater. Our group had an absolute blast playing pool. Plenty of space for everyone to play and relax. Would definitely do again.

Simply amazing homw
We stayed at this wonderful home week of July 4th. The house is even better than the pictures show. Beds were comfortable. Plenty to do with darts, ping pong, pool table. House was very clean. Adam was available with quick response, not that we had any issues. But he checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Very conveniently located to so many things to do. I highly recommend this house.

This home was a perfect fit for our family vacation that consisted of 6 adults and 4 children. The property was clean, provided essential necessities, along with fun extras that kept the children entertained (game room, nearby pools). The property is also in close proximity to Silver Dollar City, which was a perk!

Beautiful, Large Home
This large home is in a beautiful neighborhood. It offers 3 rooms on the main level and 3 in the basement. There is a pool table, ping-pong table, and 2 arcade games (need quarters for the arcade games). Everything you need is provided (toiletries, towels, dishes, pots/pans, spices, etc). We had a party of 11 and this house had ample space! Highly recommend!

Great house!
Great place to stay with a pool table downstairs that provided a lot of fun, ping pong table ans darts in the garage. Bring your own darts if you want to play. The ones provided were mostly damaged. Plenty of space to roam and hang out with friends and family. Great location for silver dollar city! Only complaint is that the bedroom downstairs to the far right, the drain water from the upstairs bathrooms caused the pipes to rattle in the walls and would wake the kids up.

Comfortable
We picked this place because we like to play pool, poker and ping pong. It was pretty much exactly as advertised. We used the big dining table for a 1000 piece puzzle that we brought. It worked out well for 4 people all helping at once. We ate out on the upper screened in porch a couple times and that was nice too. The master bed was very comfortable and I liked the solid surface master shower. The other showers have the shower diverted in the tub spout, just pull down the ring and the shower comes on. The house was well li can t and the HVAC operated very quietly. If you need AC you should stay ahead of it, because the thermostat shouldn’t be turned lower than 70 for AC. This was not a factor for us. The refrigerator was very nice. Take your own foil and plastic wraps if you plan to cook and have leftovers. We did one load of laundry and that equipment is new and nice. My only real disappointment was that the neighborhood was not walkable. We had hoped to walk to the golf clubhouse grill for breakfasts but the roads were hilly and curvy with no shoulder or sidewalk. Certainly not a dealbreaker. Over all we gave it 4 thumbs up.

Everything at your finger tips!
So many fun things to do in this unit! Pool, ping pong and video games. Gas grill for cooking out and great view. Close to the golf course and just minutes from town. Super clean and had everything that we needed. Will definitely return soon!

Beautiful! Roomy! Clean! Lots of fun!
My mom, sister, aunts, cousins, my daughter in-law and her 2 babies and my uncle all had an amazing Branson trip planned for 3 nights. The house was perfect and roomy for our group of 11 plus the 2 babies. The house was clean & beautiful! The stay at the house was just minutes from everything we went to in Branson. I highly recommend this house from Adam!

You won’t be disappointed!
The house was wonderful. All members of my family were very impressed with the house. The beds were all comfortable, the house was very clean and it was in a gated community so we really felt very safe and secure. The only minor complaints I had were that I had to reach out to property management shortly before check in to get directions on how to get access to the property. Kinda had my anxiety level up a little. They did respond quickly with instructions. Probably would have been better had they sent me the info that morning. The only other thing was that the TV in the living room was hard to figure out so we could only watch a couple of channels.

Perfect Extended Family Stay!
Our family met my husband’s parents, sister and her family in Branson for a little getaway weekend. Our boy (age 4) and his cousins (age 6) had SO much fun playing the arcade games and had plenty of space to play while the adults visited. We also loved that there were 3 bedrooms with king beds for the adult couples to rest comfortably. Highly recommend this property! It was clean, very comfortable for a group of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids) with room for a few more, and just a short drive from anything you want to do in Branson!

Great responsiveness helped get us thru a tough situation
There is plenty to like to like about the property and neighborhood. I’ll focus my review on how the property manager helped us get thru a non-working AC. The week we were there it was in the 90s outside. Our first few nights were ok, but on night four the AC seemed to struggle. The inside temp was in the high 70s at bedtime and only reached 73 by the next morning despite being on all night. Fortunately, the property manager was fantastic. He had his maintenance team pick up three portable ACs from Walmart that day and they had the house cooling down by dinner time. The responsiveness and quick communication via text (rather than forcing us to message thru the VRBO app) was really top notch. You can’t always control AC issues in the middle of a heat wave, but delivering on the things you can control like this property manager did count for a lot.
