New Year Family Vaca
The Roasted Marshmallow was the perfect location and home for our family of 16! It was a great location with scenic views and easy access to Branson activities. Our host Lisa and contact person Debbie were amazing and readily available to help and answer any questions. Highly recommend this property.

Extended Family Vacation
We had a fantastic time! The house was perfect for me and my husband, our grown son, daughter, son-in-law and three grandchildren. Each bedroom had a private bath and the bunk room was perfect for the younger kids. This would have been a perfect place to stay inside the whole week but we visited SDC, the Branson Belle and Bass Pro. Billy Gail's was close and none of us walked away hungry! Great place to eat. The location of the house was very convenient to everything. Also, the house was very quiet and secluded so we felt we were away from everything. The trail to the lake was so much fun for the grandkids and older kids too. We would stay there again. Thank you for sharing your home with us. The Sandage and Parrish Family

Our family visited the Branson area for the weekend.

Perfect getaway
My fiance and I wanted a place to celebrate our engagement with some friends and family and this location couldn’t have been better. It had everything we needed, the rooms and furniture were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with supplies and utensils and the location was ideal. We plan to make this a regular trip and can’t wait to come back!

We had 4 families with 7 adults and 5 kids. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kids loved the bunk room! We had issues with cleanliness, floor was dirty from black asphalt and grill had not been cleaned so had a bit of a "grease fire" but when reported to manager it was taken care of promptly to our satisfaction. She was awesome!

Family Vacation
First time on this property. Really nice facility that met the needs of 14 of us. Everything that was furnished was functional. A few amenities that were listed on the VRBO WEBSITE were missing. We contacted the property manager and she had everything we asked for delivered to our door. The negative experience was the community pool did not appear to be working as it should. The pool water wasn't recirculating like it should. Also the outdoor hot tubs weren't working yet they were uncovered. Children could have fallen into them similar to an open pit. Shame on the property owners. Overall this was a very good experience for 3 nights and all agreed they would like to do this again at this property. Thank you VRBO.

Overall the property was very nice. Would have preferred comfort (couch, outdoor seating) over aesthetics though. Also with bringing our family with kids would have been more comfortable with non breakable dishes and could have used more towels so we didn’t have to do so much wash. There were no kitchen towels but they stopped by and provided those. Overall we would definitely stay here again and our host was great.

Perfect for our three families! Location, amenities, and communication were all great! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We were three families there for a week-long dance competition. The layout of the house was perfect for us! Our preteens loved their bunk room and everyone else loved the king suites with their own bathrooms. We very much enjoyed the pool table, grill, and fire pit. (The complimentary s’mores for roasting was a nice touch). Thank you Lisa for sharing your home and Debbie for your hospitality!
