We chose to stay here because the property had an indoor pool and our kids wanted to swim in October and all outdoor pools were closed for the season. Indoor pool was heated and fine. Unit was perfect for us. Property was recently updated and has all new furniture, decorations and linens. Everything was super clean! Unit is still somewhat dated with original cabinets and popcorn ceilings, but again very clean. King mattress is a firm mattress. Kids said the sleeper sofa was fairly soft. The only issue we found was the hot water smelled very sulfur like and stunk up the condo on night one when we went to shower. The cold water was just fine with no odor. Everyone passed on showering the first night due to the stale, smelly hot water. We ran the hot water heater to cold into the bathtub three times on the first night and got a lot of black debris out of the tank. Night two we were all able to shower, but the hot water was still heavily odorous, but no longer black. Upon checkout, we reached out to the 24 hour text line asking for a call from the management company to let them know the hot water tank likely needed cleaned out better before the next guests, but after 2 and a half days, have yet to hear back from the management company. Would not hesitate to stay again, but the hot water tank definitely needs addressed.
