Perfect Stay!
We arrived tire and exhausted after driving from the Springfield Airport some time after midnight. It was such a pleasant and welcoming experience. Cleanliness was pristine. Accommodations were very nice. And location was close to everything. We will visit again. Loved loved loved the view and proximity to the river. ♥️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The screened in porch was the highlight! sitting and watching the water flow was super relaxing. The location is perfect and close to all attractions and areas of interest.

Relaxing Getaway
My husband and I spent 3 nights here, kid free! When we first walked in, the condo smelled fabulous and relaxing music was playing throughout. The porch was one of our favorite places to sit. The master bed was very comfy! The bed in the other bedroom would probably benefit if it had a mattress pad on it. I sat on it and you could feel the springs in it. The living room was a cozy place to hang out in the evenings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and plan to book again!

The location and place was beautiful and just like the pictures, liked that it was gated. It was close to everything. We will definitely stay here again, the only thing I would change is being able to stay longer than 3 days and not such a early check out.

Excellent Stay
My family and I stayed here in early May. We loved the spaciousness of the property and were beyond happy with the way it matched the description. Check in was easy and the property management communicated with us very well. The location next to the river was second to none. It was great to wake up and drink coffee and watch the river go by each morning. We will be back and would stay in this location if we have the opportunity matches up to our needs.

Overexceeded expectations
From the moment we walked in it felt like home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Pembeys Place. It was clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. Cozy porch. Absolutely loved the fireplace on the cold mornings that we were there. Can’t beat the location. My husband is hard to impress and he was VERY impressed. Definitely will stay there again when we return.

Great view
This unit is exactly as pictured! It’s very clean and tastefully decorated. We had four adults in our group and everyone found it spacious. We absolutely loved the porch with a view of the river. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We are planning to return next year.

Great condo & well-located
The unit was perfect for my husband and I, and our young adult son. There was lots of storage space, comfy beds, and a well-appointed kitchen. The unit was pretty clean overall, but could use a deep-cleaning. There was a lot of dust on the decor, and the floors also felt dusty. The kitchen and bathrooms seemed pretty clean. The kitchen appliances were very nice and worked well. The furniture was plentiful & comfortable and the TV’s worked well with our streaming services. The power strips mounted above every nightstand were genius!! One caution…you cannot take your own drinks and snacks to the pool because they have their own bar & grill. That kept us from going at all. The location was great! 10 minutes into Branson, and about 20 minutes to Silver Dollar City. The whole complex was very well maintained and also felt safe. Highly recommended!!

Perfect for Family Vacation
The location, condo and amenities were perfect for our family of 5 vacation. We even had a farewell visitor walking by our vehicle when leaving - a box turtle. Beautiful condo and the area is perfect for nightly adventure walks along the creek.
