Okay but Misleading Advertisement
Before I start, I will say the condo was nice but needs a much thorough cleaning and updating. There were no major complaints other than uncomfortable furniture and mattresses. Now for the issues. 1. We arrived and the sliding back door was wide open and the
screen unlocked. Anyone could have been in the place. 2. The MAJOR issue was the photos shown on the advertisement show a beautiful view of the lake. There are no views. About 20’ out is a forest and all you get is trees for the view. (see picture from back patio). 3. The exterior photos also make it look like you are around a major area of shopping and entertainment. You are not even in walking distance so don’t take the pictures you see in the advertisement to heart as it is not what it seems. 5. Finally, the DACK app greetings tell you to bring your own towels for the pool and there is a pool advertised on the rental; however, you do not have
access to it if you rent this condo. We called customer service and was told “You don’t get access and
we just don’t draw attention to it.” Again, the inside nice, everything else is a deceiving advertisement
of things you could do if you drove back into Branson but not even close to where you are. We would
not stay here again.
