Situado directamente en el lago Taneycomo en Fall Creek, este condominio frente al lago de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños cuenta con nuevas camas tamaño king en ambas habitaciones y 2 baños completos, cada uno con bañeras de hidromasaje. Cocina con utensilios de cocina nuevos y todo lo que necesita para preparar comidas. Gran terraza con vistas al lago con muebles de jardín, parrilla eléctrica nueva. Este condominio también cuenta con una terraza acristalada con asientos. Incluido con el condominio son todas las comodidades del complejo, incluyendo minigolf, pases de muelle de pesca y piscinas cubiertas / al aire libre. The condo was nice though obviously not a brand new or recently rehabbed unit. There were a couple things the cleaning crew could have done better. But the location was excellent for fishing at the damn, and the view was great. Bathrooms were good with full spa tub in each. Beds were good along with the furnishings. We had a deck to sit on since we were on the ground floor which was a plus. Kitchen and living room areas were good. Could not find the Wi-Fi network that was listed in the documentation though. But all in all a location I would stay at again. Had a concern at first but the property owner was quick to respond and everything worked out fine. A quick drive up to a large convenience store for food and drinks was a bonus. Great location overall.

Great Condo but Issues
The TV provider was replaced mid-week. Channels 29 and below were present and the HBO channels. However, no others such as ESPN, none of the news or business channels. I informed the host but nothing was done about is. There was a ROKU in one of the bedrooms but no remote making it unusable.

The property was quiet. Great Views. Conveniently located on the ground level. This made it easy for my older family members to come and go. Only one of 3 TVs worked. We could not do the dishes because there was no dish soap ( box was empty) Shower may be difficult for older person or person with disabilities to get in and out of. Beds comfy. Overall it was good

This is our favorite place to stay in. Branson,we plan our trips around availability of this place.we have stayed hwre at least 12 times over yhe years.the owners are nive people and eaay to communicate with.theres not much you need here except your personal things,its eqjipped good

Overall good place for a family.
I would recomen this place for a family. There are several minor things that could use some sttention but nothing bad enough we reached put to the property owners.

HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION
The place was EXCELLENT and BEAUTIFUL... And the view from the deck was SPECTACULAR!!! However, the owners are TERRIBLE at responding to questions and communicating!!!!!!!!! We showed up to find the condo had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Evidently the owner didn't communicate clearly with the housekeeping staff either... It was over 4 hours AFTER check in before the place was cleaned! Owner was rude and refused to give me any credit back... So, I told the owner I would be checking out late by 4 hours to compensate. Additionally, the owner had let the promised amenities pass expire... So dock passes had to be purchased in order to fish! Overall, the place is GREAT but not worth the hassle and frustration caused by the owner's unresponsiveness!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful
Thank you for letting us stay at your condo We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The condo is very nicely decorated and had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen is well stocked with all we needed to make most of our meals. The bedrooms are very nicely sized and the beds are so comfy. We enjoyed the view from the back deck and watching the fog lift in the mornings. We also enjoyed the pool and games/ mini golf at the main resort. We have stayed at fall creek for the last 9 years, and this wil be our new go to condo. Only suggestion would be maybe shampoo/replace the bedroom carpets.

The property is in a good location. Out of the main drag but easy access to shows, restaurants and activities. It could use a little updating but all in all a good place to stay.

We have stayed at this property every year for 4 years. Love the location!! The guys spend the days at the marina and the ladies shop till we drop. Will be back next year.

Home away from home
We love this condo.we have been staying here for almost 10 years now.we book our trips around availability of this unit.this trip we had a few hiccups but not on owners neglect,the whole complex was having plumbing issues.we had 1 of the bathrooms that had slow draining tub and sinks and the toilet wouldnt flush properly but on our arrival day there was a plumber next door and said they were having issues too.we just kept the door closed and poured water down to make it usuable.the microwave has been damaged and had electrical tape on it to cover the damage i assume.we did notice it seems maybe theres new housekeepers as there were little details around that were not noticed in may when we were there.i would however suggest maybe to get a rubber tub mat for the tubs as the 1 in our room was very slick and i slipped getting in,maybe the cleaner being used wasnt rinsed out completely. The kitchen has all you need just look in the closet im sure its there.we couldnt find cooking utensils anywhere,opened the pantry door and there they were,they used to set on counter so we knew they had them.the deck us great,we spend alot of time out there.i left crackers for the mama coon each night as she would visit with her 2 babies.this is just overall a great place,we're going to plan our late fall,winter trip again soon.thank you shane and amanda for sharing your place,we always look forward to our time there

No toilet paper, txt them never answered just went out and bought some, bathroom sink was plugged up to v slow to drain. they sent me a txt about an hour after we checked in asking how everything was and I told them so far so good? So I know they got my txt ?neither bed room TV had no channels No biggie I may just get something closer to town next time .

Beautiful but cold
It was a nice stay but cold. The view was good. It was a good value. My daughter enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. The thermostat was on the fritz so even though the temperature was set to 70 degrees it got to be as low as 59 degrees since the air conditioner never shut off even when we turned it off. The power went off the last night so I'm not sure if the restart may have fixed it. Not sure if someone tried to break in because we put the rug against the front door and in the morning it was in the door. We e-mailed owner about issues and never heard back.
