Perfect location!
Nice, well equipped humble abode in heart of the city. Walk downtown or landing. Updates are nice and my two littles and i had all we needed! Thanks! Price we paid was perfect for amenities and location! Walls are thin so did have to remind littles to be quiet! Branson cafe was a great diner for all day breakfast just a 2 min walk away on corner of main! Would stay again!

Extended weekend in Branson
The condo was nice and clean. Any questions we had the owner responded within minutes. Instructions sent before, after, and inside the condo were very specific. Easy walk to the landing and everything on W Main and the surroundings.

Perfect location!
I attended a conference at the convention center and my condo was maybe 3 short blocks away. I am a fit 73 year old woman and I loved the hill to get back to my condo from the convention center. It was usually dark on my way back and was perfectly safe. The condo was quiet at night, with some talking outside during the day so I knew I had neighbors, which was comforting. This was great for one person but easily could be comfortable for 2 or 3. It had everything I needed.

Great place to stay for a couples getaway
Very clean, nice little place to get away for a weekend getaway or long stay. Walking distance to downtown Branson and the landing. We will definitely keep this one on our list for future stays.

Wonderful Place to Stay!
This property was absolutely perfect for my needs. It is within walking distance of all downtown activities, is easy to get to, and has an option for parking in the rear (no steps) if accessibility is an issue. The decor is incredibly relaxing, and there is a full refrigerator, stove/oven and multiple coffee making options (pot, K-cup, and even espresso!). Any concerns mentioned in previous reviews have been corrected (VERY quiet A/C unit, TP holder, and the place was very clean). I will definitely stay here again if I need to be close to downtown Branson.

Perfect location by branson landing
A great little condo/apartment for a couple or even a couple with 1 or 2 kids. This place is located right near Branson Landing. You can see the light up tree on the landing from the balcony. Like the other comments has said we did sweep the floors when we came in, but wouldnt stop us staying here again. We always enjoy our time in Branson.

Nice remodel Very close to Historic downtown
Communication was good with property manager. Check in was easy with smart lock. Property was recently remodeled and looks a lot like the pictures. It was fairly well stocked. However we did need to ask for some cooking oil to make our breakfast eggs and all they had was packets of salt and pepper for seasoning. The bathroom floor and shower had some hair on it, but not a big deal. The mini spits worked good but responded slow. It helps if you point the remote at the unit and wait about 5 minutes for each change to take place. The queen bed was very comfortable and so was the couch. The shower head was a bit tricky but I got it figured out. All in all it was a nice stay.

Great Location & Clean!
We really enjoyed our stay here! Unit was very clean and love the decor and location to downtown. Only issue was AC unit in bedroom was way too loud and hard to sleep. Had to turn off in the middle of July which was tough due to the heat outside but needed to sleep. Please add trash can and toilet paper holder in bathroom. If these items were resolved, we will return. Branson is one of our frequent travel locations.

The condo was clean but we did have a few spiders. The split air conditioning system in the bedroom was loud & made a constant metallic sound- the unit in the living area was quiet, but blowing very cold air right at you. There was a nice shower head, but no toilet paper holder. We had to use washcloths as hand towels. The on-site manager brought us fresh batteries for the TV remote, but said if the noise from the air conditioning unit bothered us we could just check out early. Good & Bad!

We were pleasantly greeted with this cabin being very clean and tastefully decorated. It was a nice place for an overnight. The location is perfect for access Branson Landing has a well supplied kitchen that can be used for meals. Would stay again.

Property was very clean and newly remolded. Only issue was the a/c in the bedroom squeaked and made it hard to sleep. Need to oil the fan or something to quiet the bedroom a/c. Also could put a toilet paper holder in would be nice.

Great location, the unit has everything you need!
My family of 4 stayed in A2 for 2 nights. We love Branson Landing, and this is a very short 2-3 block walk from the main landing strip on the water. You can see the water/firework display from the balcony! The unit is great. Completely renovated, lots of amenities provided. My only complaints are that I wish there had been one more bed (there were 2 - bed and pull out, and I was aware of that when I booked), like an extra futon in the bedroom, and that the bathroom door didn’t lock lol (we all kept walking in on each other). The complex is still undergoing renovations, which posed some safety concerns with a small child (and concern for our tires, but nothing happened) - boards missing from the balcony railing and large loose nails and screws on the balcony and in the parking area, rough wood on the balcony. However, when it's done I don't think those will be of concern. We will definitely stay again! I gave 4 stars because of the current construction/renovation. If that's completed next time, I'll give it a 5!
