Gran casa de verano ubicada en el distrito de Pawson Park en Branford Ct. 2300sqft renovado (2017) casa en .38 acres se encuentra en la desembocadura del río Branford. Siéntese en la cubierta al atardecer y observe los barcos entrar y salir del puerto. Hay un muelle y un amarre para el navegante / pescador. Las islas Thimble están a un corto paseo en bote. Girls Getaway
The house was perfect for our annual getaway. We are a group of nine women who have been friends for over 45 years. The large well stocked kitchen with amazing view of the water and fireplace made our Friendsgiving meal memorable! The outdoor hot tub, fire pit, and deck with comfy seating topped off the weekend. Great location, plenty of parking, responsive host. 5/5 stars!

Amazing property with spectacular views and sunsets
Our family from Boston and NYC met in the middle at this beautiful location for a Fall long weekend. The lake views did not dissapoint and we were treated to a beautiful sunset all 3 nights. The house is spacious with a dream kitchen and every amenity. The host, David, was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond and very helpful. We hope to visit again!

Great stay on the coast!
Perfect house for a weekend at the coast. Kitchen had everything you would need, rooms were comfortable, no complaints. Great place to sit outside and enjoy the views, house had kayaks/paddleboards to take out on the water. Clean upon arrival, easy check in process. Would stay here again.

Best weekend ever
The house is beautiful! Clean and organized. We had everything we needed and the view is incredible. We enjoyed the deck very much. So relaxing. My daughter (the bride) and her friends enjoyed getting ready there in the morning. I can’t say enough good things about this house.

Pre-wedding family gathering
Really appreciated this house with expansive wall of windows facing the Branford river when we stayed with our family before our son’s wedding! A December wedding but the weather cooperated and we were able to take advantage of the beautiful water vista. Dave was very responsive and flexible. Plenty of space for the groomsmen to get ready all together…what fun!

This was the most amazing home to stay at. Meticulously maintained by the owner/host. It is clear that this is a special family retreat. There is nothing to want from this place. A wonderful spa retreat with a hot tube to watch amazing sunrises and sunsets. An elegant main bathroom with large soaking tube overlooking the water. A Steam shower worthy of the best destination spas. Kiel bath products. Fully stocked cooking and grilling needs. On top of that a fitness center with rack and treadmill overlocking the water.

Wonderful long weekend with Family!
Excellent views, very clean, wonderful amenities, very spacious, and beautiful deck overlooking water. The kitchen provided everything we needed to cook all our meals and many extras too! Dave was very prompt in providing all information - great host! We look forward to being able to rent this house again in the future.

A great week enjoying gorgeous views of the Branford River from the house, deck and water. Great beds for sleeping. Well furnished kitchen. Really nice neighborhood for walking and biking. We are all missing those views of boats, birds and tides already.

Fabulous spot for family holiday weekend
We were a group of grandparents, parents, 4 boys aged 7-12 and 2 cousins aged 8 and 14, and we all had a great time! The house is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. All linens and towels were top quality, and the house was spotless. Beds were very comfortable. Beautiful sunsets while enjoying the outdoor fire and s'mores. Coffee in the mornings watching all the boats heading out from the nearby marina. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards, with a nice warm up in the hot tub as the water was still quite chilly (as expected) at the end of May! Highly recommend, excellent and easy communication with owner. Overall fantastic experience!

Easter Family Gathering
We had a wonderful Easter at this beautiful home! The views were beautiful especially with all the windows in the home. We felt very comfortable and would definitely book again. Wish it was summer where we could really enjoy the lake and outdoor activities. Thanks for sharing your home!
