“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Magnolia is a beautiful well furnished home. We were lucky enough to have gotten lots of snow during our stay. It was so beautiful!! I would suggest additional heating on/in the main level bedrooms. There was a dramatic difference in that part of the house. Lots of "It's freezing back here" comments. space heaters would have been most welcome! We kept the thermostat at 70 lest the upstairs get too warm. “Loved the house and the hot tub. Everything was very clean. Comfortable beds, good pillows. Location was great too-- quiet, no traffic, polite/quiet neighbors. We had a maintenance issue the first night but it was promptly seen to by management and we were very appreciative. I might suggest a small vacuum in the place-- the sand and gravel from the area around the hot tub gets everywhere-- but other than that, no complaints. We will definitely be back.”

“The room was comfortable however, our room was not ready for check-in at 3 PM and we were not able to get into our room until close to 7 PM. The staff did not keep us updated and told us they had no idea when our room would be ready. The property itself feels dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The staff were not overly friendly or entirely helpful when it came to check in or finding our rooms or getting dinner. We will likely not stay again at the resort as a result of our experience.”
