Relaxing Retreat
Our stay was great. It was relaxing and comfortable. We had planned a shopping trip to Nisswa, Pequot, and Baxter, so the location made access to 371 very convenient. The only issue was the traffic noise from 371. We did not notice it in the evening with the tv on….just early morning. We appreciated having 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, comfortable beds, and soft pillows. Also appreciated the kind person who took our trash to the dumpster for us. The communication with the owner was great. I was contacted via text and email with instructions. I was always asked if I had any questions or requests. Thank you.

It was a nice stay but I would have liked to know that it was as so close to the highway. Also I don’t think the cleaners finished there job. There was still dishes in the dishwasher and there weren’t liners in the garbage can. Also dryer had gravel and lint in it.

Great Fun
We had a great stay. The kids enjoyed playing in the lake and the adults enjoyed sitting and reading by it. We rented a pontoon and that was also a great experience. It was also nice to have our own grill. Overall a great time. Thanks

This cabin is really nice. I really enjoyed our stay. It is the furthest one from the lake as an fyi. The management was really helpful and they provide you a bottle of wine.

Not what we expected
The cabin was just as described in the listing as far as a cute up to date getaway.The listing didn't state that the property was right on a very busy highway. The constant speeding and very loud traffic took away the tranquility that one would look for in a lake cabin. The setting of the property is beautiful East Gull Lake and convenient to Nisswa and Brainerd but it was similar to staying at a hotel on a busy road which you would expect but for much less money.

Very nice but had a stale cigarette smell and multiple light bulbs were out. They were very responsive to handling the repair for the lights, however someone had smoked in the unit.

Great Rental Property on Gull
We really enjoyed it. Great proximity to the lake, and really comfortable for the five of us. The only suggestion is to either push up the check in time or push back the check out time. Having a 4pm check in, combined with a 10am check out, essentially wipes out a full day that could be enjoyed on the lake on either end. Exiting guests are asked to strip the beds, do the dishes, etc., so it seems like a 6 hour window is excessive for cleaning. Other than that, it was a great stay, and we'll probably be back.

Great Getaway Spot
This property has a great location and we were able to walk out and cross-country ski on the lake. Lots of space for our family of four to spread out and make ourselves at home. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen table for playing games together.

Great Cabin! Excellent Value
We had a 1 night stay in the Brainerd Lakes area, and found this cabin. It is actually quite a bit bigger than it looks like in the outside photo. Very clean and comfortable. Owner communicated well in advance, and the property use instructions were clear.

Cozy retreat!
This was a wonderful getaway for my family to get up north and relax! Upon arrival, there was a nice gift on the center island, very thoughtful! Everything was well stocked, clean and very comfortable including nice towels and bedding. This is a spacious cabin and Nicely furnished and plenty of boardgames as well. My only comment is the master shower is too small. We ended up using the shower off the living room which was more spacious. I suggest a small table or hooks on the wall in that bathroom so There is some thing to hang your clothes on. I would return to this location in a heartbeat!
