“First of all i would like to start with saying that the owner of this property is very generous. We walked in and saw a basket filled with snacks, and thank you note. Secondly the communication with the owner was very easy, he easy very helpful. He recommended places to go to and activities we can do in the area. “The host was very flexible in meeting our needs. There were several spaces to gather - living room, front room, basement, patio. We had eight adults spending the night and while there were more bed spaces, too many more adults would have been a tight fit in the sleeping spaces. Everything we needed was available. “The Troy House is as pictured. The ambiance Colista & Grant created makes it very cozy. There is just enough decor without over doing it. The Troy house provides many amenities so you can travel light. Communication was immediate. Colista and Grant obviously take pride in the home they offer.
