Great property, the pool was a huge plus for us. I would suggest changing out some furniture pieces like the livingroom arm chairs, as soon as you sat on them you would fall in and the legs wiggle, as well as some of the mattress were a little hard, the shower in the in-law apartment/ room needs better water pressure but over all we loved our stay and the convenience to get to places. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to cook with like pots and pans, plates, cups, tumblers, cutlery, silverware, etc. They even have items for you to use at the beach and at the pool. All you need is your clothes.
