This house is managed by Vacasa. We were notified, by them, several months before our stay about the back bedroom having hvac issues. We were told that the house was now listed as a 1 bedroom rather than a 2 bedroom. When I asked for a price adjustment due to paying for a 2 bedroom the Vacasa people were very rude. One told me I could cancel. Another asked how I even got her phone number (It was in her email telling me of the change to a 1 bedroom.) I thought the house would probably be fine since it was October, as that is what Vacasa said. However, the back bedroom was extremely warm. It is a glass sun room that they have put up paneling on the inside over the glass. The portable air conditioning did nothing to cool the room off. It also should be noted that you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the back bedroom. So if you plan to put a child in the, twin bedroom, you will have to walk through their room to get to the room with a queen bed. I have stayed in many VRBO locations. This is the first time there were no guest recommendations as far as restaurants or things to do. There were also no instructions for checkout procedures. The house is updated, cute and clean. It is in a great location. But it has some issues and Vacasa did not try to try help with that.
