The check-in process was very long, they asked for identification from each person who would occupy the rooms (there were 7 of us, it took a long time). The pool was closed, and this was not communicated when we booked the room. There was a $250 guarantee per room, which I honestly find excessive for a hotel of this category. The rest of the hotel was fine.

"The worst hotel I have ever visited in my life. I stayed 3 nights and 4 days and they never cleaned the room or even the towels. I was in a room with a jacuzzi and it didn't work and when I filled it with water it filled with black water. The next day I even left without bathing for fear of getting ..."
